Originally saw a post of his on next-door and appreciated his demeanor through the verbiage he used to describe a residents problem and how to properly resolve it. That being said, I had some dry rot and other roofing issues that needed addressing and so I had him come out for a quote. The quote was extremely thorough with pictures to back up all of his findings. I finally determined that Brad was the right person for my job, was scheduled, and he showed up on the exact date in time. He said he would be here. While to someone that sounds like that's the way it should be often times with contractors you get a date and a time and you're lucky to see them anywhere close to those dates and times. Brad and his partner did everything they were supposed to do over three or four days and the repairs look great. Needless to say, I would highly recommend Brad for any of your roofing needs, including cleaning of your valleys, dry rot, failed underlayment repairs and I suspect if you needed a whole roof replaced, he would do a darn good job.

Many thanks to Brad Pavik at Diamond Back Roofing. In January 2023 during one of the worst storms of the year, we woke up to a flooded floor on our second story. Water was pouring from the roof through a fan and vent. More storms were predicted and the roofers we called could not come out for 2-3 weeks. A friend told us about Diamond Back Roofing. Brad understood the urgency and was out the next day. He was honest and upfront about possible repairs and pricing which I appreciated. Brad made a repair on the chimney flashing and guaranteed his work. We were very happy that the repair was made so quickly and in difficult weather. We had a great experience with Diamond Back Roofing and I am grateful for their work.

After the huge rains of winter 2022-3, the oak leaf debris in our roof valleys was causing problems. Brad Pavik thoroughly inspected our roof and rain gutters, took photos of two stucco holes we didn't even know about, and gave us the best bid of three contractors. He's on time, great communicator, and leaves zero mess behind. Glued and replaced concrete tiles, cleaned valleys, and replaced a couple downspouts. Reroofed two TuffSheds too!
