I saw signs of Diamond Select roofing in my neighborhood, so I called them and left messages twice, but nobody called me back even after 3 weeks, If their customer service is so bad, I don't trust them to replace my roof.

Diamond Select Roofing did a fantastic job replacing my roof. Communications were clear and timely. Everyone associated with the company was professional in their interactions. They walked me through the insurance process, their process, and made note of where changes could be made to extend the life of my roof (more vents). They worked with me around timing, materials delivery, and installation. Diamond Select Roofing even made sure to restore my wire mesh to keep animals out of the attic. I am so grateful for their work. If I ever need to replace my roof in the future, I'm calling Diamond Select Roofing again.

Could not be more pleased. Mac and Donna did everything they could to make the roof replacement and repair as painless as possible. Mac went way out of his way to prevent further damage from soggy insulation. They both worked well with the insurance company so I didn't have to! Big plus! High quality product and workmanship. Diamond Select roofing did a great job roofing my house after the hail and wind damage that occurred earlier this year.Donna and Mac are great to work with and knowledgeable when it comes to then roofing business and insurance claims. Mac and his crew were on time and not only re-roofed the house but also noticed damage to some of the decking and trim boards after removing the old roofing shingles and without hesitation they replace the damaged decking and trim before putting on the new roof. When they finished they did a great job cleaning up around the house and hauling off the old roofing material. They also took care of scheduling the gutter replacement for me so I didn't have to search and get different bids to have the damaged rain gutters repaired. That also was completed and looked great. I would recommend Diamond Select roofing for all your roofing repairs honest and dependable. They are local and I like supporting our local businesses. They have a A+ rating with the BBB and stand behind their work.

Mac's crew installed a new roof on our home 15 years ago (hail). Diamond Select Roofing was competitive, and the work was excellent. I've recommended them for their work many times over the years.

UPDATE: We had a big freeze and no power for days in February this year. It was declared a disaster by the state, Feds -- and repeatedly by my neighbors.

A few days later, Mac came by to check our roof (and a neighbors) as he was concerned that these homes had been without heat for days and their might be damage to the roof. Mac found visible damage on both roofs. He had his crew repair the neighbor's roof while he repaired mine. Both at no charge!

I was always happy with the work done by Diamond Select Roofing but I can't tell you how happy we were to find out Mac remembered us and took care of us 15 years later!

Needless to say, we recommend DSR without reservation.

Mac and Donna patiently answer questions, and also give you matter-of-fact advice on the best solutions for venting, shingle, etc. He and his crew show up when they say they will, do a great job the first time, and Mac personally follows up with a quality check.

We had an amazing experience with Diamond Select Roofing. I had a leak in my roof and Mac came over that day and told me one of the pipe boot covers needed to be replaced. He noticed that they were all in pretty bad shape, showed me pictures, and I asked if he could replace them all. He said no problem and had them done ASAP. Mac and Donna's customer service is awesome. I would recommend Diamond Select Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof or any other needs for your house.
