Now, all the others that I met were good but Mac went above and beyond. He was very genuine, helpful, doesn't overcharge and punctual. We had an amazing experience with Diamond Select Roofing. I had a leak in my roof and Mac came over that day and told me one of the pipe boot covers needed to be replaced. He noticed that they were all in pretty bad shape, showed me pictures, and I asked if he could replace them all. He said no problem and had them done ASAP. Mac and Donna's customer service is awesome. I would recommend Diamond Select Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof or any other needs for your house.

If I could give any more stars I would! Out of the four roofing companies I interacted with when a tree fell on my house from the storm early June, I couldn't make any solid connection with anyone until my initial conversation with Mac. If you meet him you'll immediately pick up on his passion and commitment to his work and further more, his beliefs in simply being a good neighbor. We are about 98% complete with everything on our list including patching the holes, replacing the roof, tree trimming, replacing the gutters, and lastly our damaged window screens. Mac has taken this challenge totally head on and stepped in with communicating with our insurance company and verbally handling almost everything for us! I have even told friends that he's almost like an attorney in the way he's represented me (single mom) and uses all of the lingo that I could never understand. Had I not met Mac, I would have never had all of the damage repaired and I could have easily been smooth talked out of over ten thousand dollars from other money hungry companies who take advantage of the vulnerable. Mac & Donna truly stay true to their word, follow through as promised, and I couldn't have found anyone else better for our needs. They will be my go to without a doubt!

Working with Diamond Select was such an amazing experience. I had a leak in my roof and the owner actually came over and covered the leak the same day I called. He also came over the same day the insurance adjuster came over to make sure the adjuster saw everything. The adjuster wasn't going to give me a new roof until Mac explained everything he found. He and his team were very professional and did a great job. I am recommending Diamond Select to everyone I know!

I had been looking for a roofer for the past several months to do some roofing work for us and I couldn't get anyone to even return a call. Met Mac the owner of Diamond Select Roofing working in our neighborhood one day and asked him what I should do. He was out the very next day, reviewed the roof, made not only the things I thought needed repaired but showed me the shoddy workmanship of the roof, shingles and around the vents. He fixed everything, even the things I had no idea were a new problem waiting to happen. I cannot say enough good things about Mac and DSR. He was honest, did what he'd say when he said he'd do it (which is extremely rare these days) and I've never been more impressed. ALL of my future roofing needs will be with DSR. Once you meet the owner Mac you will understand why he deserves your business. You won't be sorry you hired him!

We had our roof replaced 10 or so years ago, holding up great, looks really nice. Had them come back to add window trim and paint our house and it looks fantastic also! Anytime I call Mac for a big job or a little job, he is quick to respond and the work is always excellent quality. Honest and Efficient! Was really impressed with Diamond Select when they did a number of roofs in my neighborhood. Their first assessment was that I did NOT need a new roof (shocking I know coming from a roofing contractor!) after the hailstorms in Spring 2015. After some more rains and my insurance company came out to survey the damage it did finally seem that a new roof was plausible. Diamond Select's crew showed up at 7 AM and worked to 8 PM each day hardly without break for 3 days. Our house is new and they did a lot of little things that were better than the original construction (vents, soffits, sealing). The pricing was also the most competitive of all the guys I interviewed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
