Run away from this company. They put big ads on yellow page as if a big good company with 5 phone numbers and multiple addresses which are fake. They never answer your calls directly, and no voice mail. They selectively call or text you back with lies. Our new roof was just as leaky as before during first rain after they finished work. Called them, no response. Their worker defecated on my front lawn which my child stepped on and contaminated my inside house. I also had deposit money they promised to return back to me ""tomorrow"" over a dozen times, and they still haven't returned. The shingles are of poor quality. First rain brought down a lot of gravel fallen off from shingles. Shingles don't stick to each other. I have to go to court for justice.

Actually one star is overly generous. They start a job at a fair price then before job is done say they need more money. Simply can't be trusted.

This company keeps moving around using different phone numbers and addresses but they all forward back to one number which they do not answer. They do not stand by their warranty or communicate. Stay away from them.

I would not recommend Diamond Roofing in the Washington-Baltimore Metropolitan area. The phone numbers I have are (410) 372-7225 and (410) 302-6012 with an address of 722 Dulaney Valley Road, Towson Maryland 21204. But, there could be more and under different names. They'll take full payment, do the original job giving it a seven year warranty against all leaking, labor, and material and then ditch you. Not long after the original job was done, the church roof was leaking again. We talked with ""John"" and ""Tom"" numerous times, only to be told that they would be out this week or next week to take a look, but they would never show up and never call to reschedule or anything. We tried a dozen more times, then giving us no other options, we told them that we would go online with our complaint if they did not honor their word and their contract, which they did not seem to care. So, here we are . If they treat a organization with a nursery school like this, I'd hate to see how they'd treat others. I would definitely steer clear of this company and these two ""roofers.""

this is the same diamond roofing located in pomona as well. owner has no integrity. he says he will show up and doesn't. he says he will call you back and he doesn't.
