Kudos to Alex Lopes, Project Manager, Steve Lee, Project Manager/Foreman in charge of the actual physical project along with all the workers.

From the first meeting with Alex he was very thorough in his assessment and explained each aspect of the job in detail. He was very complete with his evaluation from checking the attic space to checking the current rooftop tiles.

Alex pushed me to determine if I fully understood what I was asking of the job and I most certainly pushed him so he fully understood that I had thought about it for sometime and knew exactly what I wanted.

Steve, well, there was no request I asked for that he did not find a way to make it happen even better than I had hoped for.

The workers not only took the pains to do the job, but to do the job very carefully, completely and in it's entirety to my satisfaction.

Everyone, from Alex to Steve to the owners of the company and all the workmen are some of the most courteous of contractors I have encountered during my many projects through the years.

This roofing project was one that definitely pushed everyone outside the box, from painting the roofing tile, to installing a different type of corner edge, to changing out the large screws on the gutters for smaller ones and most definitely finding a metal piece to hide an imperfection right in the center of my roof walkway.

After a neighbor's home insurance was cancelled due to roof issues, we proactively reached out to Diamond Ridge Roofing System. Our four townhomes share a single flat roof, so coordination was key. Jeff Alves project manager for Diamond Ridge Roofing Systems was the process of getting a new 50 year roof With a one time transferable change of ownership warranty. Given my age, this is very important so my daughter won't have to worry about this roof. In addition, his staff were also professionals and did an excellent job of installing the roof and cleaning up the property better than it was. I highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking to get a new roof. in closing, I find the roof to be an excellent value especially given the 50 year warranty.

I did not end up contracting with Diamond Ridge. This review is solely based on my experience with them coming out to give me an estimate.

My appointment was at 10am on a Friday. Marcelo and his associate didn't end up leaving my house until 1pm. They were at my house for 3 LONG hours trying to sell me a roof and trying to get me to sign with them immediately. He ended up quoting me $35,000 for a reroof. He also tried to sell me another material to put down if I eventually want to get solar (an additional $4,000). He said it's an added protectant (I was told by other roofers I did not need that at all). After 3 hours, I tried to tell them I had to go walk my dog and I had another quote at 1pm. I was trying to get them out of the house. Marcelo ended up going on the walk with me so that he could call the financing company to talk to them about financing. I was literally trapped. I was then told that if I go with them and schedule it to be done the next day, they would knock the price down to $26,000. That's an insane price jump and a huge red flag. I was quoted by other companies between $15-$20k. I think because I am a single woman and they were my first quote, they wanted to try and take advantage of that. Run away from this company!!!!

We had our flat roof (shared with 3 other people) replaced in 2021, by 2024 it was a mess and leaks had started. Diamond Ridge to the rescue. It was a difficult job coordinating 4 home owners, plus rain, plus HOA rules but they job it done and done right (no leaks so far).

This is my second review for Diamond Ridge Roofing, my first review was based on my quote/estimate experience. Our roof was so outdated and it needed a full replacement before we hit the rain season. After interviewed with more than 12 different roofing companies, we finally decided to go with Diamond Ridge Roofing for our roof replacement project.

Andre Moura (Our project manager) was able to start the job as soon as we got the permit within a week, originally I was told the job would take up about 4-5 days but it ended up they were able to finish everything in just 2.5 days, the longest time was waiting for the inspector to finalize the work. Andre would send pictures and videos to provide the updates in a daily basis. We love the drone videos and pictures and it shows us in a very professional way.

Diamond Ridge has exceeded my expectation, not only just because of the exceptional customer service we received from Andre Moura, his roofing team, the owner Jose and also Fred from QA, the person who assist to get our permit was able to get it done quickly. The quality of work and materials, efficiency, warranty, thorough explanation of each steps and transparent progress are what we were looking for, not to mention the financing options. Like everyone said this is one of the biggest investment for your home, and you would want to choose the right company to do so. Andre and his team were able to provide and deliver the professional services we were looking for. I highly recommend Diamond Ridge Roofing to anyone who needs any roofing services.
