My parents were looking to replace their roof and we reached out to several companies on Yelp. Everyone seemed really great, but Andre from Diamond Ridge outshone his competitors! Not only does Diamond Ridge have fantastic reviews, competitive pricing, and beautiful work, but they have Andre Moura making sure that the project is going smoothly and hitting every milestone.

Andre keeps you updated every step of the way, with photos and videos from his drone to keep everything transparent. That really puts the customer at ease! He made professional suggestions without being pushy AT ALL and BOY were we glad that he did--otherwise we wouldn't have known we needed to replace the insulation so badly in the attic (and it was the most economical time to do it along with the roof rather than at a later time, saving us money).

The project was only about a week from start to finish, and my goodness!! What a huge difference it makes in comfort!! My parents are SO happy, the roof looks incredible, we won't have to worry about this for the next 5 decades, and we always have Andre in our contacts in case we ever have any future roofing needs.

Our neighbor immediately signed with Andre to do his roof after seeing ours get done, and another relative is preparing to reach out as well.

We had such a great experience working with Diamond Ridge Roofing System. Alex Lopes our project manager was nothing but exceptional! The initial meet with Alex was informative and he gave detailed information on how our roof will be constructed. Their prices were reasonable and competitive. We are dealing with other contraction delays but he was willing to work around our schedule in order to accommodate our schedule. Once we were ready to start our project, the team was fast, efficient and professional. What we appreciate the most is that through every step of the project Alex gave us updates and pictures to reassure us of the progress. It turned out beautiful!! Jay made the difference! He's such a very personable individual who cares about what's happening with the roofing installation for he's aware that a stunning quality, sturdy roof does add value, beauty and durability to one's home bestowing a pride of ownership to the homeowner .Certainly workers are never perfect, but with the help of Jay, any adjustments to be made were done with ease. Whenever I called Jay, he was available and took seriously my concerns.
Initially, I requested a sophisticated Roofing job to be completed in a professional manner -I indeed made a good decision -our neighborhood's homeowners have been impressed as expressed to me numerous times.
Perhaps my only concern was that it could have been completed in a more
