I did not end up contracting with Diamond Ridge. This review is solely based on my experience with them coming out to give me an estimate.

My appointment was at 10am on a Friday. Marcelo and his associate didn't end up leaving my house until 1pm. They were at my house for 3 LONG hours trying to sell me a roof and trying to get me to sign with them immediately. He ended up quoting me $35,000 for a reroof. He also tried to sell me another material to put down if I eventually want to get solar (an additional $4,000). He said it's an added protectant (I was told by other roofers I did not need that at all). After 3 hours, I tried to tell them I had to go walk my dog and I had another quote at 1pm. I was trying to get them out of the house. Marcelo ended up going on the walk with me so that he could call the financing company to talk to them about financing. I was literally trapped. I was then told that if I go with them and schedule it to be done the next day, they would knock the price down to $26,000. That's an insane price jump and a huge red flag. I was quoted by other companies between $15-$20k. I think because I am a single woman and they were my first quote, they wanted to try and take advantage of that. Run away from this company!!!!

This is great company to work with. They respond fast and provide great recommendation. The technician, Aniston Junior, is very knowledgable, and he tries to save me as much money as possible. This is a dedicated and honest business. I recommend this company to anyone.

We had our flat roof (shared with 3 other people) replaced in 2021, by 2024 it was a mess and leaks had started. Diamond Ridge to the rescue. It was a difficult job coordinating 4 home owners, plus rain, plus HOA rules but they job it done and done right (no leaks so far).

This is my second review for Diamond Ridge Roofing, my first review was based on my quote/estimate experience. Our roof was so outdated and it needed a full replacement before we hit the rain season. After interviewed with more than 12 different roofing companies, we finally decided to go with Diamond Ridge Roofing for our roof replacement project.

Andre Moura (Our project manager) was able to start the job as soon as we got the permit within a week, originally I was told the job would take up about 4-5 days but it ended up they were able to finish everything in just 2.5 days, the longest time was waiting for the inspector to finalize the work. Andre would send pictures and videos to provide the updates in a daily basis. We love the drone videos and pictures and it shows us in a very professional way.

Diamond Ridge has exceeded my expectation, not only just because of the exceptional customer service we received from Andre Moura, his roofing team, the owner Jose and also Fred from QA, the person who assist to get our permit was able to get it done quickly. The quality of work and materials, efficiency, warranty, thorough explanation of each steps and transparent progress are what we were looking for, not to mention the financing options. Like everyone said this is one of the biggest investment for your home, and you would want to choose the right company to do so. Andre and his team were able to provide and deliver the professional services we were looking for. I highly recommend Diamond Ridge Roofing to anyone who needs any roofing services. This is only for a consultation because my partner found an available family friend for the service but I did think they deserved a good review for an inspection, a fair quote, and good customer service. We needed to pass a roof inspection for insurance so we hired (and offered to pay, so there was no incentive to sell us a new roof) They came out, took photos, and explained that they wouldn't be able to pass the inspection and it needed repair/replacement. Since they weren't able to pass me they didn't accept any payment for the consult (Which is otherwise free under most conditions, but still appreciated since the agreement was I would) They offered a fair quote with multiple financing options, and after explaining we'd settled elsewhere there was zero push back or unprofessional behavior. Seems like a decent, honest business, I'd encourage others to check them out.

Gui and the team help us replace part of the leaking roof in the rainy season. They were extremely responsive, and fast, which is very important to us because in this weather any delay can potentially cause more water damage to our house.
Gui gave us very detailed explanation of what was needed and how things would be done. The work was clean and quick, new roof is beautiful, I also love how they addressed the drainage issue since we have flat roof and rain water had been sitting there. Can't be happier with their job.

My roof was leaking next to a skylight and water was dripping into the house. This was not the first time this happened and the fix installed by the roofer I worked with three years ago was no longer working. With rainy days in the forecast for the coming week, I was very pleased that Gui from Diamond Ridge Roofing Systems could come by the next day and quote me the work. He was very transparent and explained in detail the the repair options he can offer to me. Even better, since they had a project nearby in Gilroy, he would be able to send someone the next morning. I requested quotes from 4 other companies: 3 told me that they don't have time to come out or that they are not serving the Morgan Hill area. One other company responded quickly to my message but did not have any project manager available to take a look for another week. Alvaro from Diamond Ridge Roofing Systems showed up the next morning, right on time and finished within 4 hours. He was were very professional and polite, documenting all his work with before/after photos. Gui visited to make sure I am happy with the work. It was a great experience.

Rodrigo the project manager is super responsible, he took good dare of my request for simple roof inspection. Comes on time, did a through and professions check and answer all my questions very clear and also consider from customer perspective

Very nice people to work with. Rodrigo explained everything clearly and patiently and helped conference in family members who were out of town so we all understood what was needed to fix the leak in the roof. I appreciated that they were able to fit in our emergency leak within 24 hours of the initial call. The yard was left immaculate, no signs of debris. Highly recommend Rodrigo and his team!
