I was completely impressed with how Rodrigo handled the estimate to fix a leak in my roof. He examined the entire roof - something the other companies didn't do - and pointed out that I had moss growing in several areas that would eventually cause leaks. I didn't know that my roof type should be power washed from time to time. He was thorough, patient and explained every phase, materials and cost.

They started work right away because rain was forecasted. They use more current and efficient materials. They quickly repaired the leak and noticed water damage on the roof of the porch I had added about 20 years ago. The carpenter didn't slant the roof so water collected over time. Fortunately it was a small area and they were able to correct the slant. The work was completed in only a few days and has not leaked since.

Because the leak went unnoticed for about a year, black mold developed in the master bedroom. Diamond Ridge also has a top notch team who took care of that mess. I can't say enough about the team led by Edgar. They're like a well oiled machine and know exactly what they're doing and how to be safe. Edgar explained how black mold develops, ensured me and the rest of my home was safe, how they will follow up with sanitation spray and was responsive to all of my questions and concerns. Edgar is very conscientious and thinks ahead on other things that could be done to avoid future issues or just to make the room more comfortable. Most contractors I've worked with just go in and do the job without anticipating or showing initiative.

Denio, the field supervisor on both projects was really good about dealing with my anxiety around these unhealthy living conditions. He helped me remain calm by checking in from time to time or stopping by to see the work and making sure everything was to my liking. I knew I could count on him to answer questions and keep me informed. Actually, Rodrigo, Edgar and his team all kept me informed.

Each team member was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, helpful, trustworthy and friendly. They are now my go to contractors going forward.

I recently had an older shake roof replaced with new sheeting and a 30 year composition roof. From my initial contact with Ashley in the office to dealing with the crew in the field, they were very professional and helpful every step of the way. I would highly recommend Diamond Ridge Roofing to anyone needing any kind of roofing work. It is sure a pleasure dealing with a professional organization and having a job completed on time and to the highest of standards. In addition to doing a quality job they were also very competitively priced in comparison to other contractors in the same field.

I had roof leaks caused by several issues, among them solar panel penetration. I obtained several estimates and decided on Diamond Ridge Roofing who came highly recommended to me. Jerry made several visits to my home (for other issues). I decided to replace my whole roof including my patio. Other than the wait (they are extremely busy), their office staff and crew are punctual, friendly and accessible. I would definitely recommend them!

I don't usually write reviews, but I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Jerry, Ashley, Lance, Alex and everyone at Diamond Ridge. Jerry was very personable from the beginning and took his time to show us every sample color until we were sure on the choice we were making. Once the project started it went very smooth and Lance and Alex were very communicative about their timeline and ensured me it would be done for Easter and they worked hard to get it finished before schedule. They came back to finish up some little details to make it perfect two days later.
It was very nice to work with a company that still values their customer satisfaction and put in so much effort to make sure we were happy.

We had a leak in our roof over the Garage. I put out requests for appointments to get bids and Diamond Ridge Roofing was the first to call and schedule an appointment. The project manager (Will) showed up on time and gave a great estimate for the work we needed. He took time to explain the process and made sure things were communicated to me along the way.

The crews were great and they made sure to clean up any debris after things were fixed.

They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them if you need any roof repairs!

Jerry Bono came to my house to give me an estimate. First and foremost, I want to preface this review by saying that I am a returning customer. Jerry was unbelievably negative in degrading the structure of my home. I asked if my home were his home, what would he do to fix the issue? He stated that he would've NEVER bought my home.Surely there's a much more tactful way to respond when you have a returning customer. Not going to lie that stung. My wife and I bust our hump to provide a life for our family that we never had. Jerry never once got on a ladder to diagnose and said they can fix it but needed a blank check essentially. I found him unbelievably disrespectful. Diamond Ridge Roofing was my first call, now they're no longer on the call list. By the way, Ed and J Roofing came out, showed me the problem and gave me a dollar amount to fix it. It wasn't even $1000 bucks. However, Mr. Bono wanted a blank check. When trust is broken, you're left with hope and despair. You hope you don't get ripped off and realize that's exactly what is happening. Maybe he was having a bad day . Still inexcusable in my opinion.

Diamond ridge roofing was awesome. Not only were they the lowest estimate by far. They were fast and professional. They were able to rush over and compete the job 2 days before the first rain. They also came in under their estimate. I would recommend them to anyone. They were recommended by a friend who loved them as well. One quality outfit.

Wow, I was dreading replacing our old shake roof because last time in the early '90s it was an extremely messy and a long process. Diamond Ridge roofing did a fantastic job, got it done as expected but what impressed me most was how neat and clean the whole process was from start to finish. I never had to pick up a nail or debris. The workers were all respectful and nice. Each evening , it was hard to tell our roof had been torn off, they cleaned everything, everyday. I highly recommend Jerry and crew for a good and efficient job.
