Run!!! Horrible leaking roof. Spent months just trying to get a guy out to caulk/fix leaking roof. Discovered first problems after about 2 weeks and got nothing but a ton of broken promises that they would fix it (No repairman has EVER come out). Then discovered vent pipe was never reattached so poison gas was venting into the house (right over my daughter's room making her sick (though we didn't know why until the pipe was discovered) I finally had to hire another roofer to make repairs to keep water out of my house. Nightmare experience with Diamond kk. Anyone would be better.

I contacted Diamond KK because they were recommended by my insurance company. I wanted a local, reliable roofing company and not some fly by night operation. Well, with the service I received, I probably could have gone with a fly by night. The first Diamond KK person who did my roofing estimate, after I decided to go with them, kept canceling our appointment. Understand, I'm trying to give Diamond KK my money. He finally showed up after five canceled meetings. I signed the contract, and two months went by without a word. I finally contacted Diamond KK and was informed the person who I signed the contract with had quit. Diamond KK sent out another person with another contract for me to sign. A few weeks went buy and the roofing material arrived and a few days later the workers arrived. Not one person spoke English and no Diamond KK representative/foreman on sight. I should have called Immigration. The contract had stipulated they remove an old TV antennae. I kept trying to tell the workers they were supposed to remove the antennae. I ended up getting out my ladder and cutting the pole and using hand motions relaying to one of the workers to lift up on the pole and remove the antennae. I had also requested roofing vents be installed. This was never done. After the roof was replaced, a few days later, there was a very hard rain. This tested the roof. I checked the ceiling and attic, no leaks; however the roofing workers did not seal the chimney. I had water pouring down the chimney and onto my engineered floors. I took videos of the water dripping from the chimney and sent them to Diamond KK. A Diamond KK foreman came out with a worker the next day and applied caulk around the base of the chimney but not around the seems. A few days later it rained again and water still trickled down the chimney. They came out the next day and caulked around the seams. This time it fixed the leaking chimney. The Diamond KK foreman stated he would send a guy to fix my warped floor boards caused by the water leaking down my chimney. This never happened. Three months go by and I receive an email from Kathryn Brown, the President of Diamond KK, informing me I still owed them money for the roof. It appears the 2nd Diamond KK foreman had also quit. I scanned and sent Ms. Brown the contract with the amount I paid, showing the bill had been paid in full. Folks, I do not recommend this company. They seem to have high turn over rate, they do not supervise their work and they have obvious issues with their book keeping.
