I do not recommend this company to fix your roof. I had my roof replaced as a condition of the purchase through this company. The first rainy season I noticed 4 small leaks on the ceiling and one semi major one at the chimney(there was never a flash guard installed). I called the company and an older gentleman came out and inspected the top side of the roof and looked at the water marks on the ceiling and said ""well I can't see anywhere it's leaking"" and left. He also told me to just bleach the ceiling to get rid of the water marks. Mind you this is after verifiable evidence due to the water spots on the ceiling and a recorded video(while it was raining) of the leak by the chimney. Yes I went into the attic and recorded while it was raining so they could see exactly what and where I was talking about the leak coming from. This video showed that not only was there water leaking down the 4x4's that provide support for the chimney but there was also water leaking down the truss to the chimney which added to the leak. The gentlemen's response was that it was the chimney that was leaking. I called out doodlebuggers to Inspect the chimney and their determination was that the leak was from outside the chimney and that a flash guard would help but might not fix all the issues because of the water coming down the truss. Sally happens the next rainy season and low and behold the leaks that I called about are still there and there was a lot more water this time. I call the company and their response is ""well the winds reach a certain mph that the warranty on the roof doesn't cover any damages"". No there is no damage to the roof, not a single shingle was lifted or blown off and no new leaks appeared during the storm just the same 4 leaks and the chimney leak. My recommendation is don't have them repair you roof. They won't fix it or they'll try to hide behind the writing of the warranty instead of do the right thing. Get a company that will look out for their clients.

I needed to replace my roof so I requested quotes from a few roofing companies. I choose Diamond Contractors. The project manager (Brandon) explained the whole process and answered all my questions. When the roofing crew arrived, I knew what to expect. They covered air conditioners, protected the pool screen enclosure, pool equipment and moved plants and covered shrubs. The crew was extremely polite and worked very conscientiously to completion. Afterward I really appreciated how well they cleaned everything up. They did a great job from start to finish. They definitely earned a five start review. My roof looks amazing !

Can't say enough good things about this company. Came out quickly, diagnosed the problem quickly and did excellent work. Because it turned out to be a minor issue we weren't even charged. How many places would do something like that?! Don't normally write reviews but we were so pleased and the service was so kind I felt happily obliged.

We are scheduled to close on our house in less than a week when an inspection found a spot that needed repair on the roof. I called 7 different companies to see if anyone could come out and take a look but everyone told me that it would be a couple of days before they could get an estimator out to just look at the roof. Diamond Contractors returned my call, which is more than I can say for some of the other companies, very quickly. Furthermore, he came to my house that evening, after 5 pm mind you, when he didn't have to and FIXED THE PROBLEM RIGHT THEN! It took him 45 minutes to take care of the issue. You couldn't ask for better, faster, or more friendly service. If you are ever in need of any roofing repairs, call Diamond Contractors first don't waste your time calling around. Can't recommend them enough, when I had a time critical job they were there to get it done.

We needed a new roof on our 18 yr old house. We interviewed 5 different roofing contractors and Jim with Diamond Contractors won the bid with his product knowledge, educational salesmanship and timeline. Paid a little bit more, but was worth it to get an excellent products and installation in a timely manner. He was able to explain the details homeowners need to understand and consider when making such a large purchase decision. Diamond Contractors has done several roofing jobs in our neighborhood so we could watch the crew and how they worked. The crew showed skill and consideration and they we very tidy during the project which took only 2 days. Highly recommend Diamond Contractors!

Called them about a roof leak. They came out and gave me a rough estimate to repair the area. I called them 3 times to hire them to make the repair and they never returned my call.
