Chris H.DFW Premium Roofing replaced my roof 6 years ago, dealt with Ryan. They did a great job and Ryan was great to work with, no complaints and no issues with their work. Recent storms have damaged the roof and insurance has signed off on needing replaced however having some issues getting DFW Premium Roofing out to get an estimate. They came out before insurance and spent like 5min on the roof and told me I don't need a new roof and should cancel my claim with insurance they were surprised when I told them insurance said it needed replaced. We'd already referred them to one of my wife's coworkers and they are already replacing their roof and DFW Premium Roofing told them that we don't need a new roof (thus the 4), if review were strictly on the work 6yrs ago would be a 5 star. Annoyed that they actually told someone we referred to them that we don't need a roof especially when they only spent like 5min looking at our roof. Insurance adjuster told me he could tell they did good work and he saw no issues with their work that the damage would have happened no matter who installed the roof. Think I'm going to start looking at other roofers, spoke to one of our neighbors tonight that recently had their roof replaced and they were very happy with the company that did theirs, think I'm going to talk to that company.
Gabe K.David and company installed a new 30 year roof on my 3,000 SF house and it is leaking. Their crews have come out several times and it is still not fixed and leaks whenever it rains. Now I am getting runaround on getting a crew back out to fix it. David keeps telling me that I was on the schedule last week and he doesn't know what happened. I am not upset about the leaks from initial installation as the home is custom with a few non standard joints, but the lack of responsiveness to make the warranty repairs is disappointing. The ceiling drywall was repaired in anticipation of the roof leak being fixed and it has been over 2 weeks from the time a DFW Premium Roofing crew was scheduled for repairs and still no show. I hate leaving 1-star comments and will amend if this gets taken care of.
