Living in Desert Hot Springs we have to deal with the intense winds. The roof tiles on our house were not strong enough and began blowing off one hear another there. After having a handyman do several patch jobs we decided it would be best to just get a whole new roof. We asked our Project Manager Steven to find the best, reasonably priced roofer to replace the entire roof with the appropriate tiles to withstand the winds here. I have to say Steven really picked the best!
Not only were they quick to respond and give us a reasonable quote, they came quickly, laid plastic all around the house and took the old roof off in a few hours. When they left, I went out to look and everything was clean all around the house, nothing disturbed as if no one had been here! When they came to install the new roof they were done within a few hours.
We had to pass inspection and everything passed with flying colors. In fact, the inspector told me it was the best roof job he had ever seen! Every line of tile was perfect and straight, properly finished around vents, etc.
I am so happy we decided to go with Dew Roofing and highly recommend them for their professionalism, cleanliness, care and perfectionism. I wish all contractors were like Dew!

After the vicious winds howled thru Littl Tuscany I found a couple of mexican tiles in my yard. I saw they had blown off my roof. I called Dew Roofing and the receptionist immediately made an appointment for Raul to inspect the damage. He showed up on time, did a ground level inspection and went up to complete his assessment. He found not only the issue with the missing tiles; but other problems from both the installation of solar panels
and ""repairs"" made before I bought the home.
His estimate included a total clean up and repair.
The price was quite reasonable and the scheduling of the job prompt. His crew, lead by Alex, showed up on time, had all material needed, and proceeded to complete their job in a most professional manner. There were more replacement tiles needed that Raul had planned for; but he did not up charge the cost. I asked him for a quote for my neighbor; who had suffered similar damage. Raul bid his job and scheduled with me; since my neighbor lives in LA. All work and billing to this home was also fine in the same professional and ethical manner.
I highly recommend Dew Roofing for any roof job;
small or large, and am confident any customer will be equally satisfied as me and my neighbor.

I Highly recommend DEW Roofing. We got 2 roof leaks over the Christmas holidays and Raul came out and gave us a comprehensive quote. We live out of town and he and his crew came out and sprayed the roof in 2 days. He sent me photos of the entire process. They did such a good job keeping our home protected. They painted and touched up the trim from the overspray. They removed all the materials and just did a fantastic job. We are so happy we chose DEW roofing. Thank you.

Raul has stood by his work. Even though we had a rough start, he's come out and made every repair that I asked for in a timely manner. That says a lot. I value having a relationship with a local company I can trust to follow through and make something right. As I intend to maintain my roof for years to come, I'm sticking with Dew. Having a relationship ship with a company that stands behind their work these days is hard to come by.

I had hired a roofer but employees from Dew Roofing showed up, wearing Dew Roofing t-shirts. During the recent rains I had the same area of my roof leak. Had someone inspect my roof, and he found all they had basically done was spray the foam & not repaired my roof. I hadn't even hired them. Dew Roofing employees are not to be trusted.

Would highly recommend Dew Roofing, we had our roof replaced about 6 years ago and had some issues with leaking around our fireplace and a skylight. Raul came out and inspected our roof and areas of concern and showed us photos of what repairs were needed.
Raul and his staff were very professional and provided a great service. They worked to fit us in as quickly as possible.
