After a severe hail storm left my roof with holes in it, I interviewed several roofing contractors and I felt that Design Roofing was the most professional and knowledgeable and I was correct. I have a ""project manager"" from this company come to my home and tell me that I had extensive wind and hail damage. This man went onto the roof and took pictures of the alleged damage. In the pictures he circled several things in chalk and claimed that this was hail damage. He informed me that it was sever enough that it warranted a new roof and instructed me to make a claim. I did as this man said and filed a claim, taking what he told me at face value and believed this was the truth. My home insurance adjuster arrived and checked the alleged damage in my roof with the original project manager. My insurance adjuster stated that the damage was not from hail but appeared to be scuff marks from someone's boots. My adjuster stated that it appeared to be new damage. I've only live in my home less than a year and this damage was not accounted for on my home inspection. I had the home inspector throughly check the entire roof for damage before we bought this house and the alleged damage that was found by the roofing project manager was not observed. This would only leave one explanation. The project manager international damaged my roof and lied to me about this damaged so that he could make a sale and try to pass a fraudulent claim through my insurance. I had to take 2 days off of work because of this man's lies. This company is a scam. They will intentionally damage your roof, lie to you and your insurance and waste your time. Beware!

After having a hail storm that lasted about 20 minutes in our community, Design Roofing came knocking at our door. We've all heard the stories of people claiming to be legitimate roofers show up at your home to give a quote for the repair. They will give a quote and tell you they need half the estimated cost up front to buy materials, once you pay them, you no longer see them again. Other than Design Roofing coming to our door, there was no other comparibles between them. Design Roofing gave a free inspection and worked hand in hand with our insurance with their finding and were here when our insurance inspector came out to inspect our roof to verify the findings. There was no money exchanged until the job was completed.They kept us completely in the loop before, during and after completion of the project with pictures and texts. They were professional throughout the process and had the job done in one day. It was our pleasure to have Design Roofing do the repairs and we recommend them for any of your roofing repairs.

Highly Recommend Design Roofing! Pete Guerrero was our project manager for this job. He provided a detailed and thorough explanation of our roof replacement after a storm damage. There were no hidden fees or surprise charges at the end! Pete remained on site during entire project and provided pictures during roof replacement. His crew was very professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job cleaning all debris after job completion. My neighbors loved our roof so much, they requested and used Pete as well for their roof replacement!
He provides free estimates and will assist you with your insurance claim as well. Very trustworthy!

Honest people.
They came by the house and I thought this would be a token upsell roofing pitch. Well I was very mistaken.
They looked at the roof right in front of me while we talked and at no point was there an uncomfortable spot or anything
They were extremely honest and told me my roof was fine and they didn't need to fix it and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need
I appreciate that there are still business's that are that honest and nice still
They're real people, and they will take care of what you need. I will be sure to call them when the time comes for me to do business with them. Thanks guys
