This amazing company renews your faith in mankind. I found them to be prompt, professional and honest. A technician named John Piper came out to trouble shoot leaks I was having in a commercial building with a flat roof. He spent a lot of time investigating the issues and determined that the roof was fine, but water was getting in through the walls and a rooftop HVAC unit. They don't work on walls or HVAC, but he sent me pics of all the problem areas and took the time to explain everything to me. John was very polite, articulate and helpful. It was a free estimate, but I offered to pay them for all the extra work they did. They turned down my offer of payment. I asked if there was anything at all my roof needed, and they said no. I'm a remote landlord living in California, so they could have easily taken advantage of that if they were dishonest. I will definitely be using them for any future roofing needs I have!

Worked with Jose, who provided an excellent review of the damage in my roof. He worked directly with the insurance company, which is always a hassle for me. But Jose handled the whole thing, came out the day adjuster came out to help answer questions. Just made that process so easy. On the day of the install, Jose and team showed up on time and got right to it, spending the entire day doing full Demolition and installation, providing aerial views of the progress they were making. The whole team was professional and worked very hard. The cleaned up afterwards and put everything back on the deck and front yard landscaping. I can't say enough about the work that Jose and his team did. Every contractor experience should be exactly like this!
