We had a leak in our roof on Christmas Eve and I called several roofers and desert roof concepts were the only one to respond. They came out at 430 on Christmas Eve and were able to identify the problem. It was amazing that they came on the Eve of Christmas. The visit wasn't rushed and they were able to give me a quote on the spot. They kept in contact with us until we heard from insurance and were able to come out earlier than expected and made the necessary repairs. The service was first class and I would highly recommend them if you have a roofing problem. They were responsive, no mess and came to do a final inspection. Hire them if you need work done on your roof.

Again I have to put in a good word for DRC. After doing major work to our roof with incredible efficiency and skill we detected a small leak during a rain. Called DRC and 2 of his employees showed up the same day and repaired the leak, no charge under the warranty. It is hard to find companies that operate with this kind of service and trust. If you are looking at doing any roofing let me save you potential stress that can come from a un-professional contractor by recommending DRC.

Albert was very responsive and informative throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions so that we were able to make an informed decision on what was best. We decided on replacing the entire roof. Though I didn't meet the actual roofers, they were super diligent, showing up early in the morning and working through to late afternoon. The entire job, from tear down to reroof took about a week, I was so impressed. I highly recommend!!

My wife and I hired Desert Roof Concepts recently due to much needed roof repairs prior to solar panel installation.
Not only did their quote come in below other companies, they were the first company to look at the roof, provide an estimate and give us a firm project start timeframe.
Once the job was started, Alber (owner) was onsite every day and his crew provided picture updates throughout the day. High quality materials were used; materials that use modern technology and I expect will last longer than the usual underlayment used by most companies.
Finally, all material, including our old and unsightly roof installed swamp cooler were removed and cleaned before the crew called it a wrap.

I have no financial or personal ties to this company, just wanted to offer a deserved glowing review. Give them a call - you'll be happy AND confident that you're literally well covered for many years to come.

Albert and his team were amazing! Albert was quick to reply to my initial request and even came out the same day to start the estimate. The very next day we had the estimate (which was the most competitive pricing we had received) and approved the work. The entire job was completed within 3 days, just as Albert had promised.
