Derrick's did an outstanding job on my roof.
Miguel, the Operations Manager was very good to work with. Turned out I needed some additional work because I was adding solar. I felt I was given a fair price for the extra work and the rest went according to the estimate. The crew, led by Andreas were very friendly and competent. They started promptly at 730 each day, cleaned up after themselves, and seemed genuinely interested in turning out a quality product.

Derrick's Roofing proved to be the right choice. A mobile home I recently purchased in the San Vicente Mobile Home Park needed its roof desperately replaced. Fortunately, we chose Derrick's. Miguel (I think) came out, gave us a bid, and we ultimately paid $13,800.

When I asked about white roofs to help repel the summer heat, he brought me about a dozen shades of gray. None were white but the two lightest ones, of a light silvery gray, would do the job.

Every day for a week, the workers showed up on time, were polite and quiet (no radios blaring, no shouting), stayed busy, and kept the area clean and organized. We were beyond thrilled with their work ethic and the roof they gave us. The end result is nothing short of spectacular. It certainly wasn't cheap but it was the best money we have spent so far on renovating the place. I give them my highest recommendation.

Mark is a pleasure to work with and Derrick's roofing did a great job repairing our roof. We recently purchased a home and another company had done a roofing inspection before we purchased the home and missed a leak that caused a good amount of damage.
