My 3600 sq ft home in Blackhawk needed a new roof. I interviewed five firms who had done work in the area and settled on Dependable due to the recommendation of a well respected local contractor, Alex Matthews. While making my decision, I spoke to several of my neighbors who recently reroofed their homes and learned about the little things that other roofers failed to do. Dependable exceeded my expectations. The team was great. They cleaned up around the house at the end of every day and their attention to detail (where others had complaints) was outstanding. They found some areas of dry rot and repaired them as part of the process. And they were priced reasonably providing great value.

I met the owner Jose while he was next door checking up on a large re roofing job his crew were working on. I asked Jose if he could schedule me for a roof inspection as soon as possible because heavy rains were forecasted to come into the area in a few days. Jose came back to my home the next day and got up on my steep wood shake roof. He took many pictures of some of the issues I had with the roof. I knew of some of the problems he found, but not all of them. Jose knew of the wet weather coming into the area in two days, so the hope was to get this done within a day or two. I received a txt message from his coordinator the following day letting me know that his crew would come early am the next day. I was worried that this job would be a rushed one with a minimum crew since I was pushing so hard for a quick turnaround. Early morning the next day, a crew of 4 men arrived and got busy for the next 7 hours doing the outlined repairs. A excellent crew, stopping only for a quick lunch in my drive. At the end of the day, they foreman of the team shared additional pictures with me of the repairs they had made. I was so pleased to see all of the damage completely repaired, especially since heavy rains were on the way starting the next day. Thank you Jose for a very quick and excellent day of roof repairs at my home. Your team is professional and very hard working. They did a fantastic job, and I would recommend Dependable Roofing to anyone needing a quality repair or new roof.

Called up for a new roof and gutter. Got Jose, he came measured and sent me a quote couple days later. Crew came out a couple weeks later and got to work. Roof looks great and gutters look great. They added a really cool screen that blocks pine needles.
