I only gave a one star as I must do so in order to write a review. This man is a liar. He takes liberties to complete his work, but asks for no permission to change things around the outside of You house.

When he disconnected my cable. I requested that he reconnect it and leave it alone. He put it back, but just until I left my home. He then disconnected it again, this damaging the connection.

I work from my home. His recklessness has and is costing me money.

He refused to phone me back. He refused to come back this evening to fix the issue. He denies he did anything wrong, but ""knows"" that he needs a special tool to Fix it.

If I am out my cable and internet for 5 days. He will in-cure my losses plus damages.

If he would have 1) left me a message informing me he had messed up. I probably would not have been so angry. He did not.

2) Leave me a note on my door, informing me of the issue, and letting me know what time he'd be back. He did not
3) did not return text messages
4) did not phone me upon pleading.
5)lies about even messing with the line in the first place even though he admitted it, bc I was home and he told me he unplugged it, in order to get his work done. HES A LIAR.
6) he is untrustworthy.

If this man messed my home up so badly that it takes 5 days to fix...he will pay every single cent to make me whole.

Dennis Weaver provides a great service for us living in the Elk Grove track homes. He even lives in the our area of Franklin High School and is familiar with the quantity versus quality roof work of the home builders.
At a time when roofers are now starting to get busy with major roof repairs, after the winter and spring storms, he managed to squeeze in my minor roof patching job.
I had just finished a few small projects that involved workmen on the roof, add their roof traffic disruptions to the already loose tiles from the original homebuilder, he fixed the gaps and tile separations on the spot.
