I had contracted ""Dennis Roofing"" December/2015 to repair a leaking on my family room. it was a really good job, I thought everything was going to be perfect. First he said was going to be around $ 400.00, then I ended up paying $ 700.00, as he said that as it is an old roof, needs to be fixed all the way on that area. I agreed and was really happy with the service.
But, by the end of August/16 I tried to contact him again, because I was having a really bad leaking on the same area again, but no luck. I have sent him several texts, I have called innumerous times, then after 2 months he replied to my text telling me that he had lost his phone, but promised going to my house to check it. Today is 11/08/16 and he still didn't show up, I have texted him last week again and he said would be going to my house today, guess what?? I thought a good service company would care about their clients and would fix what they have done wrong/or at least check, but not with this company. I had other people checking my roof and they said that the person that repaired my roof didn't do a good job that's why it is leaking so bad, so now, I will have to pay a lot of money to have my roof fixed!! Important note, ""Dennis Roofing"" was hired through Home Advisor, which I do trust.

I got three estimates for a small leak in the roof near the front door. Mr. Dennis was the most responsive and his price was within $100 of the next quote.

While patching the leak, I asked him about doing some preventive maintenance on the flat roof over the patio. Preventive in the fact that I had no problems with the roof. He inspected it and gave me a reasonable price to seal it. The plan was to seal it, let it cure and then return a couple of days later to coat. I was told any small cracks would be sealed and covered and I should be good for about 5 years. It wasn't an official guarantee, but it brought peace of mind.

A few weeks after completing the job they were back fixing a gusher on the edge of the roof line. A month after that I found at least 6 leaks peppered throughout the roof. They did come out and patch the leaks, but where did they come from? Dennis assured me that his work didn't cause the leaks and I assured him that I wasn't up there drilling holes. His foreman walked me around the roof and started pulling pieces up, telling me that I was going to continue to have problems. When I questioned Dennis as to why he didn't see this when he initially inspected the roof (though his foreman saw it right off the bat) he told me that he wasn't looking for a ""shitty roof."" Neither was I, but that's what I got. I would have replaced the roof if I had known that it was bad, rather than pay for a sealing job that wouldn't last until the next full moon.

He's told me that he'll get with his people and see what he can do. I can't wait. No really. I can't wait, Northern Tool has tarps on sale now.
