Dennis Cook Roofing replaced the flashing on our roof. The work was completed almost 4 weeks ago. My husband has texted/called Adam to let him know his workers left trash piled outside our house, a wire was left hanging down which was previously secured to the outside wall, and a rain gutter was detached and left on our balcony. They also did not show up the day they were supposed to and instead showed up at 7am on a Saturday without any communication from Adam. No response as to when the trash will be removed and other issues addressed.

After the last big rain storm, we had water leaking through our ceiling. Adam was super quick to respond (even gave us preliminary advice on how to mitigate the damage to the ceiling during the rest of the rain) and came by the next day to take a look at the issue. Within a few days he sent someone over to seal up the roof, then when we had an issue with the sealant being too thick to close the door to the rooftop that was causing the leak, he sent someone back the next day to sort it out. Fingers crossed no more issues arise in the next wave of rainstorms, but Adam will be the first person we call if it does.

As I said to Adam Cook at the end of the roofing project, this experience was undoubtedly the most professional performance by a business working on my home.

Hiring contractors can be hit or miss:late arrivals, unexpected issues that raise a bid's price, poor workmanship, leaving expended materials-none of which happened when I hired Dennis Cook Roofing.

Adam responded to my request for a roof leak inspection and quote immediately. We decided on higher-end shingles. His crew arrived on schedule and let me verify the materials. Finishing 1/2 the repair on Friday, the crew arrived a couple hours early Saturday, and then worked without interruption, quietly. There are no signs of spent nails, shingles or underlayment.
The roof is just beautiful!

He was able to come out on a Saturday (in between rain storms) and provided a fair price and the repair was done the same day! Three roofing quotes came in very close together. Adam Cook met me on behalf of Dennis Cook roofing and was very patient in answering questions and making suggestions. Three bids came in with almost identical pricing. Adam instilled the most confidence and was the most thorough so we went with him. Demo crews were there within days and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Crews coordinated their work seamlessly with the solar project team. New shingles look great, Adam didn't charge us for all the extras he could have and we're very happy with the results!

layers and angles. The did an excellent job blending the old with the new. Their workmanship is impeccable. Pricing reasonable. I would definitely use them again.
