Carlos and Kyle have been exceptional professionals to work with during our recent bathroom remodel. We had spoken with 4 contractors before selecting a contractor for our project and Deniz Construction stood out as the most professional, responsive, and fair. They've been receptive to our needs and respectful of our home throughout the process. We were initially given a professional and detailed bid breaking-down the costs for each stage of the project, and they both sat down with us and explained the bid in detail, so we fully understood the expectations, work schedule, and allocation of costs. We made change-orders during the course of the project, and they were great working with us to achieve the desired amenities that we wanted. The crews have been very timely, friendly, and respectful, as well. Deniz Construction will soon be renovating our other bathroom, and we've already initiated discussions about other projects for our home. I'm truly looking forward to working with Carlos and Kyle for our next project.
