Sam and co replaced my roof after many years of dealing with leaks. Every step of the way Sam was available and reliable to fix anything that came up. His guys were always respectful of my home and always cleaned up after themselves. The roof and work he did in my garage and wash room was excellent. Couldn't be happier with working with them and will continue to call Denali for future projects. I had to replace the roof on my entire house and garage unit, plus replace the gutters.
I found that Sam was an expert with his advice and also a pleasure to deal with.
He came to my house and gave me a very reasonable price for the job to be done.
My front house has a pitched roof, while my garage unit has a flat roof.
I am very satisfied with the work that was done for both, and the time that it took to complete.

I am currently looking into doing a roof repair and other updates to my home. I had the pleasure of meeting Sam from Denali Builders CA. He inspected my roof and the places around my house that I needed repairing. Sam kept it real through the whole process, and you don't usually see an owner of a company come to see the jobs. It is usually salespeople. This part was refreshing. He provided me with a reasonable price right on the spot. Plus, Sam was willing to work with me financially.

The supplies Denali Builders CA would be using would be of high quality. I did like how Denali Builders CA would provide me a deal on the wood. This part is huge, essentially due to the current supply deficit and unstable price of lumber. I had revealed with Sam that my biggest worry would be that the price would change while my roof was being worked on due to these lumber shortages. Sam assured me that would not occur. This guarantee, especially from the Owner, put me at peace.

Overall, Denali did a good job on our reroofing, which included repairing a roof leak, then fixing the previous interior damage from the leak. We feel that they were pricey, but don't have a lot to judge against. (They were mid-range among the initial quotes we got, but it's hard to judge when the final cost included a lot of additional things.) The end results look good, so we are trusting that it was worth it. Our only complaints are 1) we felt that they could have done a better job of cleaning up after their work, and 2) we had to do more to manage the inside repair work than should have been necessary for the price we paid.
