He was very easy to work with, took accountability for the quality of the roof and of his crew and was easily available when we had questions. Patrick came highly recommended by our agent. We needed an additional last minute roof inspection. He took time out of his busy schedule and came to our rescue. His knowledge on roofing and other things is amazing. He will explain it all to you, the do's and the don't, when to do what, and what not to do.
Without him and his reassuring words and his knowledge we would have not closed on our forever home.
Patrick and his team worked with us and after we closed on our home Patrick was at our new house 2 days later replacing/repairing our roof. Him and his team did a beautiful job, they went above and beyond.

Dempsey Roofing has done a great job on my house! After hearing many horror storing of dealing with contractors and insurance I was worried how the process will go, but Patrick made it easy, explained in details and ensured all of my questions are answered. It was pleasant to work with such a professional company - they are always on time, finish work within the estimated timeframe and on budget. One team has replaced my damaged roof (took about two days), another team then fixed my interior damages - open walls to check for mold from the leaks, texture and repainted. They also done some extra work for a fair price. I am strongly recommending Dempsey Roofing and Contracting!

Dealing with Dempsey Roofing has been extremely frustrating from the beginning. After a huge hail storm damaged my roof I contacted Dempsey roofing to replace my entire roof. Daniel was my point of contact most of the time. From the beginning I was made promises that were never kept. My roof was replace in 2015. (The contractors that actually replaced the roof were fine and did a good job). I was told by Patrick himself that I would receive $150.00 cash for each person I referred. Dempsey roofing ended up doing 2 of my neighbors roofs because of my referral. I contacted Daniel numerous times about my referral bonus. I eventually just gave up after months of asking for it. Now present day I am selling my house. After the buyers did the inspection on the house it came back there was some very minor things that needed to be fixed with the roof. Here I go again contacting Daniel, he says he no longer works for Dempsey roofing but he will contact them and get it fixed. Days go by and nothing. I finally ask him for Patricks number. I call him directly and he promises he will be out today 03/06/18 to ""take a look."" Well guess what? No call, no show. I have even called him and left messages and he is not answering me or returning my calls. I don't know what I did to deserve this treatment from them, it is just so sad and I have been brought to tears. I wish they would just do what they promised, I never asked for anything more.

They did an amazing job on our roof! Very prompt about returning my calls, Patrick the owner was so pleasent to work with! We put on a CertainTeed, 25 year shingle only paid my deductible! Very fast! My roof was done in one day! My house is 2,600sq feet! I was extremely impressed, also my HOA is extremely strict and they kept it very clean! So glad I chose Dempsey Roofing to do the job! They are located more towards Sugarland I believe yelp says different!?
