My sun room had leaked for 5 years. I called Deluxe Roofing and they came right out. They put a metal roof on top of the sunroom and it is wonderful. It is the first time in 5 years I do not have buckets all over my floor. The price was very good and it also helped with the heat on the room. I could not be happier. As we are completing a roof replacement project, we are very pleased with the professionalism shown by Deluxe and their crews. They have coordinated all of the needed work, including shingles, gutter replacement, decorative copper, solar screens, paint and even a greenhouse roof. They completely handled the projects, so that we did not have to do it. We cannot imagine using another company.

Deluxe did a good job with our roof, which was slightly more involved than many due to our solar panels and desire to upgrade our roof. We also got rid of most of the huge number of the roof stack vents and they were willing to try some new, far better, vents (designed by a roofer) for the remaining bathroom exhaust vents.

Also, they seem to ""get it"" and had no problem installing an Impact Resistant roof, a ""MUST DO"" for hail-prone Texas. This is actually a no-brainer move as the slightly extra cost is recovered very quickly with the massive insurance discounts that will then become permanent.

Surprisingly, the entire job was done in one day, although we did find some limited nails and rood debris on the ground the next morning.

The process was a bit involved as we also had to replace gutters, and that subcontractor took a while (and did some damage), so I hope they'll expand their business to include gutters as well.

Overall, very pleased with their work; recommended.

I can not say enough good about Deluxe Roofing. I do not know how many companies came by that put me off in the first couple of minutes. Kenn can tell you that I fired at him pretty hard at first as I was thinking here we go again. 10 minutes later we were starting to work with the planning. I knew that the insurance would be a pain in the backside and they did not disappoint. My insurance has never paid a claim to me and they were going to make this just one more time. Deluxe was there with me hand in hand every step of the way and while it took 2 months we got through it. The insurance did buy it and I now have so many things fixed and I so happy. Deluxe will be the first call I make for any of my needs as I am sure that if they cannot handle it Chad will have someone to refer me to that will.
