Their license is currently suspended and I cannot get ahold of anyone for a warranty claim. They installed two roofs for my mom in 2006, one of which (flat roof) leaked so badly and was done so poorly I had to replace it just a few years later because it was beyond repair and I was told it was a very bad installation for about four different roofers I had out. Now, I have a deteriorating ridge cap that should also be under warranty, and again, I cannot reach anyone. All numbers go to a Donna, but calls do not get returned. I'll keep trying, but I'll probably be out of pocket yet again. If you every do reach them, do not use them.

this company is unreliable and unprofessional. I had my roof replaced a year ago, the first time it rain this winter it leaked. I have called the company 7 times over the last month and I have not gotten a call back. They are very nice when it comes to the sale of the new roof but when they need to fix their shoddy work, no response. I have pleaded with them and they just dont care. Stay away from this company.

In June I contacted this company to patch a flat roof leak. I signed a contract which stated ""DCR will return if any leaks are present within one year of contract signing"". After it rained last week, there were numerous leaks inside the building again in the EXACT same spots. I called the company and no phone calls were returned. I phoned the representative Joel that responded originally and wrote up my contract. He said he would come look at the leak area but the company was ""not"" responsible for the new leaks. As rain is predicted in 5 days, I am in a panic to get this resolved. There is NO customer service here. I had a new company come out yesterday and I got up on the roof personally. The company never patched the leak areas. Wish I could get my money back.

...seriously. I even told them if they needed to use the restroom that the one in the house was available for use freely. And if need be to find an owner and ask(Wich wasn't necessary). They used the side of my house

If you need your roof repaired- run , do not use this team of incompetent roofers. So far it's been 5 months to get a leak repaired and they are still not sure if it is, and I have lost a combined 5 full days of work to be home for them to fix the leak. The workers don't know the difference between a pipe and the gutter and had the audacity to say that it wasn't their job as roofers to know that, WTF!!! This resulted in them telling the HOA managers that it was a pipe leaking so they send out the plumber when what we needed was someone to fix the gutter, this happened several times. If it had been up to me they would have been fired months ago, but unfortunately I'm stuck with them because of an equally incompetent HOA, who won't hire competent people because of a warranty.

I called Delta Commercial Roofing to obtain an estimate for a new roof. Steve responded quickly. He visited our property to look at our old roof and then got back to me with a written proposal within a few days. He recommended the new type of roofing that is sold in rolls for our building. He answered all my questions about the material stating that this new type of roof could last up to 30 years. I signed his proposal and went on a waiting list. Before any work started, he talked to our tenants to determine the best time of day to tear off the old roof in order to minimize inconvenience for them and their customers. Work started approximately one month after I signed the contract. The workers were able to address the few small concerns that came up as they worked in the hot sun for almost four weeks to remove the old roof and apply two layers of new roof. It looks like they did an excellent job! I hope the new roof performs well and lasts as long as Steve projected it would. Time will tell.

The guys at delta are really great. Though they had a busy schedule, they were able to get a couple of guys to come out to my condo and fix a leak. This really helped because I had a baby on the way and needed help ASAP. The work was clean, fast, and professional.

I had an old roof that was a challenge to remove the old roof and install the new one. Their professional staff walked me through each step, pulled the permits and handled everything. The roofers were professional and polite. I highly recommend this company.
