We had Delta Roofing install a new roof and gutters last week. They were very professional and did a great job. Eric, the owner, is a pleasure to work with. He showed up for the estimate on time and answered all of our questions. He gave a great selection of various asphalt shingles and gutters. Also, he gave us addresses nearby of houses where his company had installed new roofs. We are very happy with our new roof and it took only a week for Delta Roofing to remove our old cedar shake roof, install OSB and then the new asphalt shingles. I highly recommend us Delta Roofing as I'm sure you'll be as happy with their work as we are.

Delta roofing is the real deal. We contracted with them after the high winds ripped a good portion of our roof off. Eric came out and gave us a very reasonable price on the roof repair. We had an excellent experience with Eric and his team and would absolutely refer Delta Roofing to anyone in need of roofing work. Quick response, inspection, and quote, and it came back at a reasonable price. When I asked Eric about gutter screens, he discouraged me from spending the money on something we do not need, which I really appreciated.

Maybe this is common practice, but I was pleasantly surprised that Eric and his team provided several photos of the condition of our roof so the damage and required work were clearly evident. I had never thought about the idea that a roofer could simply tell me that we had a ton of damage, and the only way to really know was to climb up there myself. I think this is a fantastic service. If for some reason you do not work with Delta Roofing, please be sure to request your other provider for evidence of your roof's current condition before signing a contract.

Beyond all of that, Eric is a super nice guy, and his team did a great job cleaning up all of the debris. If we ever need roofing services again, we will definitely call Delta Roofing.

My elderly parents had a leak in their roof and had a roofer come out to do an estimate. The estimate came in rather high in my opinion. The roofer wanted to come out the very next day to fix the roof. I was worried that they were being pressured and taken advantage of due to their age. I called Eric of Delta roofing to ask his opinion of the estimate. Eric took time out of his day to look at the estimate and even looked at my parent's roof through goggle earth, as they live in Claremont. He was so kind to give me expert advise on the estimate. I was so appreciative that he would take time out of his busy day to help me.

I can also vouch for his wonderful roofs. My friend had her roof done by Delta Roofing. I was often at her house while the roof was being done. I met Eric once and he was wonderful. His workers were always kind and respectful and best of all, my friend's roof came out great!!!

Eric Lefebvre and his crew recently completed replacing three skylights on our roof. The efforts and results were superb and we are most satisfied. It was no fluke because Eric has the technical competence and integrity to carefully plan and execute projects. My first review but I felt obligated to leave an excellent review for Delta roofing and the owner Eric. Delta replaced my roof over 5 years ago. It was a big job with our roof being very steep and they completely removed the old roof and put down new plywood and shingle. I've had 2 minor problems recently. One was a single shingle has come off. Eric came over himself and fixed it no problem. There was another minor issue with a portion of the bitumen on the flat portion which appeared to be coming off slightly in an area. I only found out because we were installing attic fans and they noticed it then. It was not a big deal but did require someone getting on a long ladder to access that area. Eric again addressed it promptly without charging me. I suppose I could give them 4.5 stars since there were a few minor issues but I suspect these types of minor issues arise with most roofs. Eric and Delta roofing was so responsive and professional addressing these issues even this far out that I rounded up to 5 stars.
