Delcid Roofing was very professional. They did a good job replacing the roof of my house, porch and patio with high quality of workmanship. They performed beyond their scope of work. They cleaned up all debris at the end of each workday and completed the job in a timely manner. They were patient and quick to respond to all of my questions and concerns which is commendable considering I had a lot of questions and concerns. Most importantly, they were very fair and transparent about the process from the beginning to the end. Roberto, the owner, was very kind...although it was not in the original scope of work, he painted all of the existing fascia board of my house to match the same color of the fascia boards that had to be replaced due to dry rot, due to safety concerns taped up a loose pipe that extended from my water heater to the roof, and provided very helpful referrals and suggestions for other home improvement projects that I was doing (e.g. patio, gutters, concrete pavers).

Where should I start? Roberto is an absolute professional at what he does. He worked late to cover up my root to protect the house from upcoming rain and the following day he installed a brand new roof. He is very polite, very explanatory and very easy to work with. He worked together with my other contractors to ensure all the work gets synchronized. I would recommend him for anyone that is looking for a good roofing company.

I got estimates from 5 contractors for a shingle roof replacement with 5 new flat vents. I checked Angie's List and Yelp for customer reviews. I checked with neighbors who I knew had roofs replaced in recent years. Roberto (owner) came out and met with me twice. His proposal wasn't the cheapest but it wasn't far off. I spoke with all of the contractors who gave me proposals and had the best feeling of ""hands on"" involvement and his likelihood of doing what he said he would do, for the prices stated and in the time frame promised. It had been raining a lot and we discussed how that might effect the work.

The job was done a little early. The cost was as discussed. The work looks great and I have solid confidence that we have a roof we can go to sleep under and not miss a wink. It has already rained once since...hard...not a single problem. I have complete confidence that, if there was a problem, Roberto would jump on it to fix whatever it was.

While they worked, over a 3-day period, the whole crew worked in an organized way and kept our property clean as they went. Each night, you couldn't tell they were still working, it was so clean and tidy. When they were done, you couldn't tell they were ever there...except the roof never looked better.

Roberto was very friendly and professional! He came the same day to give me a quote, and shortly after we booked him for our roofing needs. He explained the different options available for us, but in the end I just replaced my entire roof. He was always available to answer little questions my husband had, so I liked that he was patient with us. I held off on getting my roof replaced due to the cost, but his price was very reasonable and within my budget (compared to others). As an added bonus, he helped install the basketball court over the garage for us. Sometimes it's the little things that makes companies stand out above the rest.

Highly recommend Roberto and his guys. Roberto is a very nice honest contractor and really knows his trade. He answered all my questions and concerns. Quoted me a great price on ALL work needed. Every other company quoted me on just a reshingle and the rest was kinda we'll charge you more as we go along and find things. I get there are some problems you can't see until tear off. Roberto made sure to thoroughly inspect everything before hand and charged me very fairly for the few things not foreseen. The man really is a master of his craft. The team was super clean during the whole process and cleaned up completely after each day. He also worked with my AC guy to make sure everything was done properly so there would me no complications with the two. They also finished a day early. They really jammed it out without sacrificing quality workmanship. Thanks again to Roberto and his team of professionals. I am extremely happy I chose DELCID ROOFING!!

I needed a new roof.
My dad had a new roof installed a couple years ago, after reaching out to a neighbor whose roof he admired. Both were installed by Declid Roofing, so I gave them a call.
I was also planning on installing a whole house fan and solar panels. Roberto listened to my needs and recommended some great vents to accomodate the whole house fan installation and venting requirements. He took care of the permitting required for solar panel installation. The installation was completed in days. I am extremely pleased with not only the quality of work done, but the speed, efficiency and level of communication to ensure a proper job. There were some surprises, such as no plywood in certain areas and rotted out T&G. Roberto's team made sure to communicate those issues and provide options to properly address them, which they did. The level of attention around the roofing obstacles, such as our fireplace, were handled with great care. I would highly recommend Delcid Roofing.

Roberto DelCid was referred by a friend that had his roof done over a decade ago. I called him up and he gave me what I thought was a fair price and he was very knowledgeable and amiable. I told him I would feel more comfortable getting a couple more quotes. His was by far the best with what he offered. The job was done with inspection and all clean up in three days. His crew was great and Roberto is a top notch guy. Roof looks amazing and the quality is great. The inspector commented on his craftsmanship as well.
