Worst experience of our lives dealing with such scammers!!! Don't believe the 5-star reviews. Had the worst experience ever - 5 months to do our roof. A fight the whole way - smooth salesman hooked my wife and what a mistake. Disappeared for days on end - promised they were the best. Now 2 years later we are redoing our $70,000 roof. They didn't do the valleys right, they didn't do the flashing right and now we have a $10,000 bill to fix our brand new roof that leaks!!!!! Your an idiot if you use this company. I won't even call them to do the warranty work because it isn't worth the heart attack I would have to ever deal with them again!!!!!

I had a new roof done with Del Sol about a month ago in Miami Springs and I am very happy with the entire experience. They were always professional, very responsive, and the quality of the job was outstanding. The people who were at my home doing the job were extremely efficient and professional and ensured the job was done quickly. I am very happy with the service and the work done. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional roofing company. I don't know what these negative reviews are talking about, this is not the experience that I had and they are probably fake. I recommend anyone who needs a new roof to call them for the best service and job. Thank you guys!

Called in for a quote and had someone at my house the same day. Honest guy named Leo gave me a pretty steep price but was polite and very informative of the rates and a heads was given on shortages in supply so I didn't get my hopes up on a speedy repair. Customer service could be better in the office but I got answers when I called. Now after 3 months they've completed and I'm glad I stuck with Leo cause its looks better than I imagined since I let him pick the color. Will be letting them do my other property.

The worst Customer Service ever. The person answering is so rude and nasty that if this is the front to the company I will never do business with them. I called just to say that I repeatedly on the same day receive in the mail triplicate flyers from them and to please delete us from the mailing list and the woman that answered representing Customer Service Del Sol Roofing told me that she didnt care to do whatever I wanted with them and after a few nasty remarks when I said this was a waste of trees and resources hung up on me. People like this should be unemployed. Ugh !

Awful service. Tiles are faulty (white stripes of some compound has been ""leaking"" for 6 months. Del Sol rep (Leo Moreno response was to blame the tile manufacturer. That does nothing for our $30k wasted expense.

Professionalism from the salesman, all the workers, the office staff and the administration.

The crew made sure that they left everything clean and in order. They also reminded me to call ATT to move the Direct TV antenna.

I am very happy that I did business with them. I highly recommend them.

Our relationship with Del Sol roofing dates back to 10 years ago when they did a magnificent job on a shingle roof at the time. We were so impressed that we called them again to re do a flat roof, shingle roof and wood fascia and siding in 2020.


Del Sol roofing did an amazing job!! VERY skillful workers / carpenters worked in unison not only on our flat roof and shingle roof but also they did an amazing job on wood fascia and soffit!!!


Raul Carrasco came to our home and began designing the project and explaining everything in detail. We felt at ease with him as he was very patient and answered all our questions promptly.

Great communication throughout the entire process!!!

Amy, Sue, Javier and Carmen were our contacts in the office. Always keeping us updated with pictures and any relevant information. They did everything!! We did not have to worry about anything not even about getting a permit or paying for one!!

Please don't forget to ask them about their warranty. It is amazing!! Not only Del Sol is GAF Master Elite certified but they offer the longest peace of mind
warranty in the market. That shows how confident and proud they are about their workmanship and materials!!!

If you are not aware what a GAF Master Elite certification
entitles, this is short summary:

A Master Elite roofing contractor is someone who has been factory certified by GAF, one of the oldest and largest roofing companies in the United States. It is incredibly difficult for a roofer to be certified as a Master Elite contractor, but it is challenging to actually achieve this honor.

Horrible, just plain horrible.
Stay away from this company.

After calling them multiple times to check when they would start my roof, finally they started it 3 months later, they gave the excuse of waiting for the city and permit (not) Once they stated the roof another 4x issues. Sloppy work, garbage everywhere barely cleaned up the nails around the property, and all other items they used on roof. Sloppy work, sloppy customer service.
Manager can give three ..... for the customer. Never ever using this Company again or referring to any one. I have multiple properties, and I have gotten roofs done with multiple company's in the past, but this one is the worse ever. Recommend to seriously stay away from this company, because your blood pressure will surely not be the same after this.
