Our relationship with Del Sol roofing dates back to 10 years ago when they did a magnificent job on a shingle roof at the time. We were so impressed that we called them again to re do a flat roof, shingle roof and wood fascia and siding in 2020.


Del Sol roofing did an amazing job!! VERY skillful workers / carpenters worked in unison not only on our flat roof and shingle roof but also they did an amazing job on wood fascia and soffit!!!


Raul Carrasco came to our home and began designing the project and explaining everything in detail. We felt at ease with him as he was very patient and answered all our questions promptly.

Great communication throughout the entire process!!!

Amy, Sue, Javier and Carmen were our contacts in the office. Always keeping us updated with pictures and any relevant information. They did everything!! We did not have to worry about anything not even about getting a permit or paying for one!!

Please don't forget to ask them about their warranty. It is amazing!! Not only Del Sol is GAF Master Elite certified but they offer the longest peace of mind
warranty in the market. That shows how confident and proud they are about their workmanship and materials!!!

If you are not aware what a GAF Master Elite certification
entitles, this is short summary:

A Master Elite roofing contractor is someone who has been factory certified by GAF, one of the oldest and largest roofing companies in the United States. It is incredibly difficult for a roofer to be certified as a Master Elite contractor, but it is challenging to actually achieve this honor.

Horrible, just plain horrible.

After calling them multiple times to check when they would start my roof, finally they started it 3 months later, they gave the excuse of waiting for the city and permit (not) Once they stated the roof another 4x issues. Sloppy work, garbage everywhere barely cleaned up the nails around the property, and all other items they used on roof. Sloppy work, sloppy customer service.
Manager can give three ..... for the customer. Never ever using this Company again or referring to any one. I have multiple properties, and I have gotten roofs done with multiple company's in the past, but this one is the worse ever. Recommend to seriously stay away from this company, because your blood pressure will surely not be the same after this.

What a disappointment. After several weeks of trying to contact them, two missed appointments, never a call back and attitude from office staff they let me know they have to void our roof warranty.

They claim it appears to have been patched by another company. We are the new owners and were not made aware of any leaks or issues during the inspection period. No patches were mentioned then. Now when we have a problem they're claiming they can void the warranty for ""work the previous owner"" must have done.

Aside from the disappointing outcome, I offered to pay for them to redo the patches and then honor the warranty as the roof is only 6 years old. They said no.

Professionalism all the way. I've had the pleasure of working with Gonzalo (salesman) who was very knowledgeable and honest. As with any home improvement projects, always consider wiggle room on your budget as there will always be those hidden damages. The crew worked tirelessly and were all very courteous. They made sure to clean at the end of the day and were very cautious not to damage anything.
From the Owner to the office staff, Del Sol Roofing has been amazing. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anyone.

After researching five different roofers in Dade county I selected Del So Roofing. The contract was signed in November 2018 and the job was completed at the end of April 2019. From the beginning I was told that it will take some time before they start doing the actual job and although it has taken several months I am completely satisfied not only with the quality of the work but also a reasonable price compared to other roofers. The office staff was outstanding in answering all my questions and they were very professional from the beginning to the end. Ask for Raul Carrasco to give you an estimate , he is professional and will answer all your concerns.

Excellent work quality. When you get an estimate, ask for Leo, the guy is a class act. Knows his stuff and answers all your questions. It's construction so of course delays will happen and if it rains, expect delays but these guys were professional about it. Just an FYI, in FL all tile is on backorder so if you're doing tile, expect a long turn around time. That has nothing to do with how good the company is. Highly recommend them. Their guys are employees, not subs, which is a huge plus.

At the beginning the staff at Del sol roofing was helpful once they got paid things changed. First, They started construction 4 months after they got paid. Second, while removing the old tiles from our roof the workers damaged our awning, drive way, cracked the tiles of our door way, left debris everywhere which took months to clean up. Our home did not look the same. After many tears, phone calls and personal appearances, it took del sol roofing over a year to some what replace our roof. They haven't fixed the damages they made and the roof doesn't look like it should. We are very unsatisfied customers and would not even recommend them to our worst enemy. The owner doesn't even bother to return your calls and the staff are not helpful . We wanted to cancel so many times but once you sign the contract that's it so be careful. We own a business and would never treat our customers this way.

Look at the pictures their company truck leaking oil on my driveway, roof paper is peeling up , mess of garbage theirs left on my front Lawn had to call and make a big ordeal for them to come and pickup Drive way never cleaned roof paper lifting never corrected and still 3 months later no tiles. Need a roofer call someone else DO NOT USE THEM RUN RUN YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID. I have asked to speak to owner he never calls they says he goes to all job sites if he does and see this type of work and does not tell his employees to fix it then he does not care.

We have been waiting 11 months and 20 days to get the roof done. The contract expires on the 1st of April, today is March the 18th, they have not put the tile on the roof yet. The company has used the contract as a Puppet contract to use my parents as puppets, meaning they have received all payments as established in the contract but they have violated every dateline. This includes NOT passing the inspection by the County two weeks ago, around March first (when the county inspects a small sample of roof to give the green light to finish the job) This has been aggravating, insulting, given the fact that we have tried avoiding to incur in Attorney expenses given them the luxury of good faith and understanding. We are in Lakes on the Green neighborhood. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have to say that overall from the salesman to the timeliness of the workers to the communication and courtesy from the lady calling to ensure everything was running smoothly and even the friendly and convenient courier.. they were on point
The only reason I didn't give a full 5 (I would have given another half if I could) is because like all general contractors sometimes they forget that we ""civilians "" don't always understand the terminology and sometimes things have to really be broken down in a way that makes more sense. This has happened and few times already where I guess the salesperson doesn't really explain things thoroughly or maybe it's a misunderstanding or the contract is not 100% clear. Please just make sure you go through EVERYTHING beforehand and ask questions regarding even the minimal fine print. Surprises are sure to arise once the job begins. Don't get me wrong they don't do ANYTHING without running it by you and consulting you first. But if something is not clear in the contract you really can't say they didn't warn you. It's there, but you have to understand what you're reading or you may get a rather curt and impatient manager on the phone basically talking to you like you're a nut job for not understanding his lingo. Anyways great job.. very professional and reasonably priced. Trust me.. I did my homework for almost a year after Irma!
