In 2007, I started my contracting company after five years of building new homes. Initially, we focused on roofing due to the high demand following Hurricane Ike. We completed roofing for approximately 300 homes that year, with zero warranty calls. With the decline in roofing projects, I decided to pursue full house remodels.
