Dean O.I called for an estimate and the man who answered the phone; with ""Hello"". I was unsure I even had the construction company I was calling. The man said someone would contact me in a couple of days to set up a home visit, that was almost two weeks ago. I have since hired another contractor who answered the phone and came to my home in less than two days.
Rodney M.not to happy with this company, when he showed up to do the free estimate, i made the mistake of telling him what the insurance quote was, he was on the roof for a total of two minutes, and came back down and told me it was the same as the insurance quote. no more no less $800, then i told him i had thousand dollar deductible and this was all coming out of pocket. he then dropped the price to $500.00. when his employee showed up the next day to do the actual work it took him less than 1 hour to replace 12 asphalt shingles. he also didnt nail down flange around my exhaust port like i asked him to do. I feel ripped off!
