Hans J.Needed help with a small leak on roof. Someone from Dees Roofing came within 2 hours and worked on the roof for 20 minutes and assured leak has been fixed and job is guaranteed. Turns out leak is still there and after calling them on all 3 numbers and leaving messages that never got returned, spoke to the guy who supposedly fixed the leak a few times only to hear him say he will come by several times (never did) and would call back (never did). Well after 2 weeks of this game, I will have to find another way to get the job done. Not to mention the money lost for a job not done right. Anyway, make sure you get whatever you need done right the first time as these guys are definitely not champions at customer service! I will not recommend this company to anyone...
