Jeannette S.Changed my travel schedule to a day and time convenient for Justin. When no show, I text him and he provided a few excuses. I said no problem trying to be polite, but he obviously didn't care about the customers schedule. So I asked him when he could make the appointment and I still haven't received a response. If you don't want the business fine, just say so, but be an adult and when you tell someone you will be somewhere then be there.
