Terry, Kurt and the entire Dedicated team are fantastic and do a great job! We first hired them to fix our soffit, a smaller job, but that didn't stop Terry from getting up on our roof to give a thorough recommendation. His crew did an excellent job fixing it. They were on time, honest and got the job done quickly. Then when hail struck our roof months later we immediately called Terry and he immediately came by for an honest estimate. He walked us through exactly what was wrong with our roof and made the time to be present when our insurance adjuster came out to inspect the hail damage. In our experience other roofing companies we received quotes from for both jobs were unreliable, difficult to communicate with and felt like used car salesmen. Not Dedicated! They weren't the cheapest, but definitely reasonable and the definition of ""you get what you pay for."" We love our roof and the fact that Terry and Kurt are communicative, honest and stand by their work 100%. They own the business so you're not dealing with a middle man or a corporate owned company. You're dealing with experienced contractors who lend their expertise. We HIGHLY recommend this local PTC, family-owned business for any roofing job and will use them again in the future!
