Not long ago, my father, Craig Decell Sr., had his roof replaced by a contractor who promised local service. After the installation, there were multiple complications with the roof. After trying to get in touch, he couldn't get a hold of the contractor, and ultimately, this ""local"" contractor was nowhere to be found without any resolution.

A few years down the line, another hailstorm struck, leading to the familiar challenge we all face: securing a roof replacement without getting ripped off. During that period, I was selling roofing materials, and my dad had been working in remodeling for decades. We made the choice to create a father-son veteran roofing company. Since then, we have primarily assisted friends, family, and referrals—people looking for an honest, responsive roofing service that doesn't rely on flashy slogans, doesn't cut corners, and won't leave you hanging. Hello, I’m Craig Decell, a proud U.S. Navy Veteran. I come from a lineage of service: my father served in the Navy, my brother in the Army, my grandfather in the Air Force, and my uncle in the Army. I’ve been a resident of Collin County since 1995. After graduating from Plano East, I returned to McKinney after my Navy service. I run a fully family-owned Veteran Roofing Company. Our family’s mission is to run our business with the same principles instilled in us by the military: the values of Honor, Courage, and Commitment.
