Not long ago, my father, Craig Decell Sr., had his roof replaced by a contractor who claimed to be local. Following the job, numerous problems arose with the roof. Upon contacting them, he couldn't get a hold of the contractor, and ultimately, this ""local"" contractor disappeared without any resolution.

A few years down the line, another hailstorm struck, leading to the common struggle we all face: securing a roof replacement without getting ripped off. During that period, I was in the roofing supply business, and my dad had been working in remodeling for decades. We made the choice to create a father-son veteran roofing company. Since then, we have primarily supported friends, family, and referrals—those seeking an honest, responsive roofing service that avoids big promises, maintains high standards, and doesn't vanish after the job. Hello, I’m Craig Decell, a proud U.S. Navy Veteran. I hail from a family of Veterans: my father served in the Navy, my brother in the Army, my grandfather in the Air Force, and my uncle in the Army. I’ve been a resident of Collin County since 1995. I completed my education at Plano East, I returned to McKinney after my Navy service. I lead a completely family-owned Veteran Roofing business. Our family’s mission is to run our business with the same principles instilled in us by the military: Honor, Courage, and Commitment.
