Jason's journey in construction began in his teenage years, where he learned by doing—framing homes, handling drywall, engaging in light electrical work, and overseeing drainage projects.

As an adult, Jason honed his leadership abilities while serving as Supervisor of Emergency Medical Services in Shelby County, TN, where he worked as both a paramedic and a firefighter.

During this period, Jason collaborated with fellow firefighters to renovate and sell 34 homes.

He also built a substantial rental portfolio, which further enhanced his project management capabilities.
