Debonnaire Construction, LLC was founded in 2019 by Jason Cole, a general contractor who provides residential construction and remodeling services across the Greater New Orleans, Northshore, and Baton Rouge regions of Southeastern Louisiana.

During his teenage years, Jason was introduced to construction, acquiring skills in framing houses, drywall installation, light electrical work, and drainage management.

In adulthood, Jason refined his leadership skills as the Supervisor of Emergency Medical Services in Shelby County, TN, balancing roles as a paramedic and firefighter.

In that time, Jason partnered with fellow firefighters to renovate and sell 34 houses.

Additionally, he developed a significant rental portfolio, boosting his project management skills.

With expertise in estimating, construction, and project management, Jason ensures that every project is successful, providing quality work at reasonable prices, completed on time.
