I needed to have my entire roof replaced. John and his team were very professional from the beginning.They use high quality owens corning products. An important point, I needed a number of plywood panels replaced. John was up front about the cost per sheet as part of the initial estimate and that alone saved me thousands being added to the final cost should I have gone with another contractor whose initial estimate was slightly lower. Make sure you understand the cost of plywood per sheet should damage be uncovered and if rotted fascia is discovered, if the replacement cost is included. Highly recommend this contractor.

John came out to my house 10/5/18 to take measurements of three windows needing pediment replacements. One window pediment was so damaged we put a tarp over it to protect the interior from further water damage. John said he would email me a quote, which he never did. I had to call him back several days later to get the quote. He quoted me $570 and I told him Togo ahead and order the parts. I never received an update from John, I called him several time throughout the next several weeks and was told the parts hadn't come in yet and he would call me when they did. I called again 11/2/18, a month after he came out to the house, and was told the parts came in the wrong size and he had to send them back. He assured me they would be ready by next weekend. I called him again 11/8/18 and left a message explaining that I needed to schedule a time for him to come complete the project because I was getting letters from my HOA complaining about the tarp that had been over my window for over a month. I never heard back from him. John is incredibly unprofessional and unresponsive. I wasted a month waiting on him and now have to start this project over again. This project was clearly not a priority for him.

I had called several roofers 6 in fact, since April, many who had 5 star reviews on this site. After waiting days and weeks with no shows or emailed excuses, I finally called John with Deaville Roofing and Construction. He showed up when he said he would. He discussed my heat problems and high electric bills, went up on the roof to check the roof vents, and came back to give me some options I could look into to reduce my electric bills and get my house to a comfortable level. He refused any payment, saying the estimate was free!

I appreciated John. He showed up when he said, showed honesty and integrity, and will definitely get my business when I am ready to put his recommendations into action.

Not once, not twice but THREE times. Not sure what happened, but I give him a negative 1 star review.

We needed our roof replaced. A friend recommended Deaville Roofing and gave me their number, so I called them. John Deaville, the owner came out. He gave us a very fair estimate. He was very professional and polite. We called 2 other roofing contractors as well. One never called back and the other one was much higher. I chose a color, but he recommended a different color. He was so right; the color was perfect and we've had several compliments. We will recommend them to all our friends and their friends. Thank you John Deaville
