Needed some repairs on two flat roof carports. Had Joey inspect both structures. One needed some waterproofing and the other required extensive repairs to the structure. Removed and replaced rotted studs and joists and restored the the structural integrity. Then applied the new roof. New storage cabinets were built to replace the original ones. He always discussed every detail of the project beforehand. The work exceeded my expectations, the cost was very reasonably and done expeditiously. Joe De Lorenzo's roofing is a prompt, honest and professional company. He came to my house to give an estimate and after reviewing the situation gave me an honest and forthright quote. I had contacted another roofing company which had done work on my roof previously bu they never showed up even after making an appointment. I got 3 proposal. Our home needed a complete roof replacement. Of the 3 proposal received De Lorenzo's proposal was the lowest. Working with Joseph was great. Very honest, knowledgable and prompt with every step of the job. He provided reference and all credential were in standing order. His crew was cordial, respectful and all area was left very clean at the end of their shift.

Purchased a home and with the inspection we needed a new roof. Shopped around and got several quotes and tried to educate myself on roofing. After he checked out my roof as part of the free estimate, my experience with Joseph is that he was very honest, straight-forward, and detailed with the different options we had. I felt very comfortable working with him. Turns out he also had the best price. His roofers are amazing and did an awesome job. Joseph also provided us with the heavy duty ""cool roof"" shingles, and my wife and I notice a big difference now especially during all this hot weather. The roof passed inspection with the city and we are very pleased.

We chose De Lorenzo's Guaranteed Roofing as he was recommended by a colleague who had his roof replaced. With everything we read and see on television, we are very apprehensive in any contractors' work. Joseph (the owner) gave us an honest estimate which spelled out additional costs if needed and was easy to read. He and his crew came out and replaced the roof and damaged 1X6 wood and fascia board. In spite of finding damaged wood and rebuilding a skylight they had our new roof on in just a couple of days. Joseph is a stickler for quality and safety something you don't see in contractors these days. He took the time out of his busy schedule to come back and ensure that solar panels we had removed and reinstalled were done correctly without damage to the new roof.
