They were the contractor on my house that was built less than 4 years ago. We had an entire section of shingles slide down the roof (about a 20x15 ft section). I called to have them give me an estimate to repair and they said it would be $95 to come look at it, even though they don't warranty their work more than 2 years. Run from this company.

we bought our house when it was 2 years old , we had shingles sliding off , ddr said they bought the company that had installed the roofs for ici homes , he sent one of his men out and he said it was from bad workmenship and the back side had to be removed and done over , after a year of fighting and sending letters to bbb and the state and ici we got no replys , with the shingles still sliding off dan the owner came down and saw it was very bad and said he'' replace the back for a small fee , we agreed , that was april 14 2021 called to see when they would replace it ,and said they were very busy , so we waited and waited , so ida came in and the roof leaked , so we called to see if they could put a tarp up , they said they were to busy , they never got back or tried anything .now it's sept . they never called . he is the most awful liar ,i wouldn't use them if they wanted to do it for free

I phoned DDR roofing on Monday because there was a leak in my roof and the water was pouring into my bedroom, damaging the ceiling. They did send someone out to look at it (they didn't bother to even put up plastic or help in anyway) and told me that someone would call with an estimate and set up a time to fix the roof. It is now Friday - I've called them twice to ask about the estimate and they just keep telling me that they don't have an estimate yet and will get back to me. In the meantime, we are expecting another storm. I've reached out to another roofer and am starting all over again. If you need help with a repair, don't bother calling DDR.

After Hurricane Matthew our roof was shot! My husband and I had several roofing companies from around central florida come check out the condition of the roof and provide estimates. (Boy was that a nightmare!) On the recommendation of a friend, we then asked DDR out to our home.
