In 2007, DDI Southeast started as a general construction business. Throughout the last 13 years, we have diversified our offerings to include HVAC and Roofing Divisions, addressing the evolving needs of our clients. DDI comprises a team of highly skilled professionals and resources across all construction phases. Our technical knowledge and broad market experience enable us to offer specialized services across the complete project lifecycle.

Currently, we operate as a fully insured and bonded contractor, self-performing on contracts for various Federal, State, and Local agencies, as well as the private sector in the southeastern United States. Our current bonding capacity is $5 million for single contracts and $10 million overall.
