DDI Southeast was established in 2007 as a general construction firm. In the past 13 years, we have expanded our services to encompass HVAC and Roofing Divisions to meet our clients' needs more effectively. DDI comprises a team of highly skilled professionals and resources across all construction phases. Thanks to our technical skills and wide-ranging market experience, we deliver specialized services throughout every stage of the project lifecycle.

We are currently a fully insured and bonded contractor, self-performing on contracts for numerous Federal, State, and Local agencies, as well as private sector clients in the southeastern United States. We maintain a bonding capacity of $5 million for individual projects and $10 million in total.
