I had a new metal roof installed about three months ago by DC Roofing. I was going to post a review right away but decided to wait a few months to see if there were any weather issues. After three months I can positively say that I could not be happier with the work done by DC Roofing, the materials used and the cost compared to other roofers in my area. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering getting a new roof in Brevard County.

Great experience with DC Roofing. They installed a Hawaiian Blue metal roof on my house and it looks amazing. From start to finish they were very professional and kind. Did not up charge me for anything. Completed ahead of schedule and cleaned up so good I couldn't find a single screw or nail left behind. This is a great company.

I recently posted a negative review of a roof I had done. I had much frustration, with a leak we had in our bathroom. DC roofing went beyond what was called for to diagnose the problem. It turned out. It had nothing to do with their work, but an improper vent pipe the leak just happen to coincide with the timing of the roof they put on.
The owner came to my home, took the time to explain everything to me, again went above, and beyond to ease my concerns. My overall experience with this company is very positive.

I worked with David Arambula on getting a bid for my new roof and the bid came in a little high and his time frame was ok but he just came off very arrogant and after doing a background check on him we decided to pass on them. Please check him out before you do any business with him.

This company put on a new metal roof for us. It's been a couple of months now.
Pros: It looks great
Cons: We keep finding screws and rivet ends on the ground. And actually we've had one screw end up in a tire and now one rivet metal pin in another. Also, we have a lot of extra metal roof material left over too.

DC Roofing Inc of Melbourne, FL, is the best!!! Leigh Peckham (great person, caring, knowledgeable) came and estimated our job, which was a metal roof for Mobile Home in Barefoot Bay. The company had installed metal roofs on our street and they came with glowing referrals. We were delightfully surprised with the low cost and we chose the best gauge for the silver metal panels. They also use the best hardware and screws. Leigh said they would have it done within a month but it only took less than a week and we have our roof. Prior to the new roof, we didn't have any damage to our shingled roof so the metal roof which went over the existing shingles. We just wanted to get it up before hurricane season. Bartolo and crew came and had it done in four hours (our house is small). He showed us the pictures from the top on how they installed it, the underlayer, the finished panels, the tight spacing of screws, the tie in to our carport roof for strength and water flow. We are ecstatic with the wonderful roof and fantastic personnel and feel great about the strength this roof gives our home.

Hired DC Roofing to replace a hail damaged roof. 24 thousand dollars later the roof looks worse now than it did before. After voicing our dissatisfaction we were treated horribly.

It's now November 21, 2019, and DC Roofing replaced my roof in June of this year. I waited to see how the roof held up and what response I'd get to any problems, and it's now been through several of our Florida ""deluges"". I'm unable to evaluate any response to problems because there have been no problems. I've gone into my attic after several major rainstorms and can find no issues whatsoever, leaks or otherwise.

DC Roofing gave me the lowest quote, which was cause for some reservation, but after checking their reviews on several sites, which were uniformly positive, I decided to go with them. The owners, Dave and Colleen, were pleasant, courteous, and professional, and accommodated our preferences in every reasonable way, even to including additional roof vents and a wind mitigation survey within the same bid. Their crew was likewise courteous and professional, and were able to answer any questions I had as they replaced the roof.

After replacing the roof, the only thing I've had to request of them was to provide me a release of lien for my insurance company (a statement they were paid and have no mechanic's lien against the property). They provided this within a couple of hours of my request, with no badgering or followup request on my part.

Having to replace a roof is not fun, but I do not see how any roofing company could have made the process less painful, and I have now recommended them to several other friends & neighbors.
