In a bizarre series of events, they also helped me unlock my car door with various tools when my key got locked inside with my phone and MY DOG in the hot sun :(. I had an amazing experience with DC - Daniel and Christina, and would not hesitate to recommend them, here's why. After purchasing a home and knowing that the roof needed to be replaced, I reached out to a handful of contractors for bids. I knew beforehand that the roof needed additional work more than a typical shingle removal and reroof.

Daniel came out to inspect and prepare an estimate. The majority of the contractors sent out a sales person to give the quote, some of which never bothered to get on the roof to inspect. A couple contractors didn't bother to come out at all and used aerial images to give a quote. Of the seven contractors I reached out to, only DC and one other accurately assessed the full extent of the damages and required repairs. He was direct and did not push sales tactics. This reflects how thorough but knowledgeable he is within the trade.

All the bids came in at a range of prices, DC worked with me on pricing to meet my budget. That being said, I had other contractors bid lower when I mentioned the estimate with DC that I was prepared to sign with. But DC's honesty, knowledge, and flexibility made it an easy decision. Had I chosen to keep bidding down quotes, I might've saved a couple hundred dollars but that tradeoff was not worth the trust I had with DC.

Daniel and Christina were very timely in filing necessary permits, communicating project timelines, any weather related disruptions... all things you would expect from a responsible contractor. Once the work started, it was efficient. No issues passing inspections. Daniel doesn't seem like the typical owner that sits back and does nothing, when he wasn't managing, he was out there with his guys putting in the labor. It's obvious to see that his team respects him more than just as a boss.

Outside of the roofing project itself, Daniel is a personable person who seems to genuinely care about his clients. As we were going through this, he would ask about the other repairs/projects that I was doing on the home to get it ready for move in. When I would tell him, he would always offer advice on how to tackle projects, and even offer to let me borrow necessary tools. I've yet to encounter a contractor such as Daniel. Daniel and Christina make a great team, and I am fortunate to have worked with them

We needed a new roof, and we had a couple areas that involved more than a basic reroof. Daniel from DC Construction was the only contractor that offered a confident and detailed solution that we felt comfortable with. He spent a couple of hours with us listening to our concerns, answering our questions, and explaining the materials used, the process, and the ways in which his company ""always does a little extra"". Daniel assured us that ""the price on the contract is the price, no surprise price increases"" that that was the truth. Daniel's crew ended up fixing some dry rot, added a couple extra roof vents and extra gutter guards that weren't included in the contract...at no extra charge....who does that these days??

Daniel's price is competitive, he's experienced, knowledgeable, honest, easy to work with, and he takes pride in completing a job that exceeds expectations.

We are 100% satisfied with our new roof and we recommend DC Construction without hesitation.

I was very lucky to have DC Roofing company installed my roofs. Daniel and his crews were extremely great. They did a beautiful jobs for me. They showed up on time and finished the job earlier than estimated. Daniel was very professional and explained to me all details about the jobs step by step. He and his crews made me very happy and I would use DC roofing again if needed. They removed the TV antenna ,replaced rotten woods,removed 2 skylights and the flood light without charging anything. I moved into an old house and desperately needed a new roof. After connecting with numerous roofing companies I decided to go with Daniel. He and his team are highly professional and did an amazing job with our roof. He explained the entire process in detail and made sure he answered all of my questions. We had to have our roof hvac replaced aa few months after our roof installation, and the hvac company damaged our roof and did not seal the unit correctly. Daniel came to the rescue; he did an amazing and thorough job repairing the roof and sealing the new unit to ensure it passed the county inspection.
