I want ro start off by saying how easy and seamless the process with them has been. From initial contact, to the quotes, and then to the scheduling. The employees were nothing but professional. That was just the icing. The work they did was phenomenal and I will recommend them to any of my friends and family.

The only reason I gave 1 star it's because I cannot give 0. First I started with a estimate with DBS because they were working on the house next to my.... I got the quote couple days ago and when I turned down others they just told me that they don't want to do the job at the quote that they gave me..... I was told by Debbie that they prefer to do small repairs than do a big job because they can make more money. It's not about customers satisfaction or stand over they own promises it's all about money!
Now I know why they can't finish my neighbor's house.... they just got inspection denied again.

Awesome experience. This company was professional, punctual and it was the best quote we could find. We needed a new concrete tile roof for our Cove house in East Deerfield beach. We worked with Debbie, she made the tile selection easy and helped us navigate the many options to find the best looking, affordable and most durable product for our home. She was a great communicator and the whole process was fast and seamless. We used DBS to replace our roof, put in a new hurricane impact sunroof and resurface our flat top patio roof in the back. It couldn't have gone smoother. The new roof made a huge difference to the look of our home. It was a solid, and surprisingly affordable investment. We put our home on the market 2 months after replacing the roof and it sold within the first day of showings for full asking price, and honestly we think it was the gorgeous new roof that sealed the deal. Definitely worth the investment and it paid back in spades. Can't recommend highly enough!

I thought they did right by us when they removed a solar tube and patched up the hole, but now we've just had our second home insurance policy cancelled because of the work they did. We had the work assessed by a local roofer we know and he said that the new tiles were not laced in properly. When I requested documentation regarding the work they did, the owner said that she no longer has any of those records

[Note: They did this work approx three years ago, but as the nature of this type of work is intended to provide long-term benefits, I didn't feel that it was inappropriate to submit this review now.]

I have to say it was very hard to find a decent roofer in the Boca Raton area, but these guys actually exceeded my expectations. Not only did they do a fantastic job on our flat roof, but they gave us a fair price and they didn't rip us off. Imagine that in South Florida! There were no games or hidden charges. I highly recommend them. Excellent experience!

Stay Away. All I needed was a some leak repair. Their sales man convinced me to apply for ygrene to get the repair, I did. I only needed a small section of the roof repaired but since ygrene approved me for up to $17k, he wanted me to use it all up and practicaly re do my entire house, I said no. All I need is a simple leak repair. They he did not take that likely, I finally agreed to re-shingled the closed garage where the leak was even though I beleave it was more than need. After the job was done,,,, only half the garage was re-shingled!! Only half the garage!! I have pictures. And of course the leaks did not stop because they started on the end that wasn't leaking and the half that was not re-shingled is where the leak was. After calling him, he says the roofers only re-shingled the area that needed to be done??? What about the area we agreed on? Does that mean I only have to pay you half? No! They wanted the full payment and if I wanted to do the rest of the roof, I needed to pay them more. Next thing I k of they put a lein on the property for the full amount, not taking into account that I paid half upfront or that they only did half the job.

Look around for other roofers, this company is expensive and I found another competitor to finish the job and it cost less than DBS.

Thanks Kevin. You'll get your money when I sell the house since it's a lien, but you will never know the lost business from potential clients who read my honest review.

Found a small leak after hurricane Irma. Got referred to DBS from a friend. Got my quote 2 days after storm for a very fair price. Work was done 2 days later. The workers were friendly and knowledgeable..I feel this company is extremely honest and accurate..owner Deb is great..have already referred to friends..highly recommend!!

Debbie and her team have delivered consistently. I had two roof leaks, the team came and fixed them. Subsequently I found a minor issues and again the team came out fixed it, showed me the pictures. It is rare to find a team that communicates and stands by their work. A rare and refreshing find. I would recommend this team anytime.
