I am not an active Yelp reviewer unless something is extreme (both positive or negative) in hopes that I can share pleasant experiences with others, or hopefully save people from hardships. Unfortunately, my brief experience with DBR Roofing was NOT GOOD and I'd like to share an honest/accurate recap (several of the negative reviews about them being unreliable on their schedule and expecting potential clients to accommodate them are 100% accurate).

I initially reached out to DBR Roofing as I need a new rain gutter installed on my home. They are located very close to my home logistically and appeared to have some positive reviews. Tara was responsive, confirmed they do indeed perform the service I was looking for, and worked with me to schedule an onsite visit to show DBR's estimator (Fredy) the details. I collaborated with her to confirm Wednesday (11/6/24) between 2-4 pm in the afternoon.

After confirming the appointment, I took Wednesday afternoon off UNPAID as this is an important project for my home. I then waited all afternoon until the inevitable call came from Tara at 3:00 pm that Fredy will not be making the promised/confirmed/scheduled appointment and would like to reschedule for the next morning!

NO THANK YOU! There are many reliable roofers out there, and this company needs to understand that they are in the service business (where they should be reliable to their customers - not expecting everyone to accommodate their ever-changing availability). I won't be taking additional time off work, and hoping Fredy actually shows up whenever ideal for ""his schedule"".

Please heed this honest/accurate recap and beware.

I hired DBR Roofing to fix a leak and clean my roof. They were fantastic, beginning with Tara scheduling the work, Fredy coming out to give me an estimate, and two friendly, hardworking, young men to do the work. In addition to repairing the leak and cleaning my entire roof and gutters, they replaced all of the previously broken tiles with matching tiles, inspected the roof, and painted vents and flashing. I highly recommend DBR Roofing and will be using them every year going forward!

DBR suggested a roofing scope which extended my roof's life and reduced cost, also they needed to come back to fix a tricky gutter adjustment and did so without hesitation and finished the job properly. I highly recommend them!

They leave the area nicer then when they found it and tech are respectful and knowable in the field. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for roofing repaired.

I used to work for a general contractor and now I work in property management. DBR has always been great to work with. They have done gutter instillations for my buildings as well as single family homes. Tara in the office is so efficient and responds right away to all emails and phone calls. Fredy who goes to the sites for proposals is also great and very knowledgeable in the work he does. Not only are their prices reasonable their work speaks for itself!! I have worked with them on over 5 projects and are my go to for any gutter issues! Thanks guys keep up the good work.

DBR was an absolute pleasure to work with. They responded quickly and accurately. All work got done just as planned. Such a pleasure to communicate and work with!

I recently purchased a split level house / two story. The Old HVAC system was located on the rooftop along with the old fiberglass air ducts. I eliminated the old system from the rooftop needing a darn good roofer since my roof is flat with the white PVC coated stuff on it. Freddy came out gave me a reasonable price. Reinforced where the old system came out. Great guy to work with he was knowledgeable, KIND and a great listener. All of which was important to me with all the knew construction going in below. I definitely had concerns and Freddy addressed them all. I would highly recommend this company to everyone looking for great people to work with

I recently had some work done through DBR Roofing. I just want to say they were courteous, efficient and I would recommend them to my neighbors if they needed work done on their roof.
Fredy came out and assessed the damage, took pictures and shared them with me. Gave us an estimate within a day and said we will put you on the list when we can come out. I thought maybe it would be weeks but they called within that week and scheduled the day. The worker who came out
was courteous and efficient. He even took pictures and showed me what he
did. We later got the bill and they said the damage wasn't as bad as what they assessed and my bill was reduced. That was a great feeling.
