If 0 stars was an option I would have chose that. This company replaced my roof in January of 2015 due to leaking in the porch. We originally wanted to only replace the rear roof, but when the rear roof was replaced the main roof was damaged. Therefore we were forced to replace the whole roof. A cost that we weren't anticipating.
Fast forward to Hurricane Irma, only 2 1/2 yrs later. Our roof sustained minimal damage but damage that needs to be repaired as branches broke through the roof. The roof is still under warranty by this company. Thinking that many people were probably way worse off than we were we waited until January 2018 to call about getting a quote. The company came out and assessed the damage, thinking that it was a full roof repair. They advised us that the first four months of the year they only do full roof replacements, not repairs. We waited and decided to call again in August. The owner dodged our calls for 2 weeks, we simply wanted to schedule an appointment to get a quote since our roof is under warranty with this company still. We never received a call back from any one. We called again at the end August into the beginning of September. Finally we received a call from the owner who was very irate with us. We didn't understand why she was dodging our calls and why she was so upset. Weren't we the ones dealing with roof damage and company that was avoiding our calls. In the end nothing was done and no follow up. I do NOT recommend this company.

I had Day Roofing replace my tile roof last year, it took 8 months to complete. Yeni is very knowledgeable but scheduling was a nightmare. They left a complete mess and never picked up nails or trash or their lunch garbage.
I called about 7 weeks ago to have them schedule a time that they could come out & repair 2 tiles for me that were broken when a branch fell on them. I understand there was a death in the family but that was weeks ago & I still have not heard anything from them. I would NOT recommend Day Roofing it is sad because Yeni is nice but their customer service is horrible.

Between December 2016 and January 2017, we contracted Day Roofing to replace our roof, shortly after it was leaking, they came and said it was not due to their work or responsibility! Explain to me, if you replace the whole roof and it is leaking, why it is not your responsibility? We had to pay another roofer to fix the problem.

Now we noticed another leak in our garage, we call them for an appointment to come and see the leak, they said they were busy and could not out to see the leak for about 1 week, day before the appointment, we called to find out what time they would be here, and they said between 12 noon and 6pm, after waiting at home all day, at 5:30pm we called to find out if they were still coming, the manage on the phone said, he was not sure, said they will call me back. No one called or showed up!

We called other roofing company, who looked at the leak, they said that in a certain part of our roof, the flashing did not go to the end and that is why it is leaking and it would cost me $1,500 to fix the problem.

There is a lot of good roofing companies our there, I would not recommend this company, as they do not stand behind their work!!!
