I can't fine the words to describe what a wonderful family-owned business Davis Roofing is. First, I had a terrific, open and honest meeting for a new roof quote...done! They did a fantastic job considering their busy schedule from all the rain that year. Second, with the most recent 2023 rain deluge, there was a leak in my stove pipe, not the roof. So I called for help and they came out in two hours of the call and sealed the pipe joint. I have referred Davis to others and they raved about their work and reasonable pricing. They have what it takes to run a fair and responsible business.

I could write all day about how great working with Mike and Vanessa was but I'll keep it short and sweet. They are very honest and up front about everything and very easy to communicate with. I needed some repairs beyond the estimate and I was scared to even see the total bill. They were very reasonable and just wanted to make me happy after a few issues with the original estimate. They did a great job and the 3 guys that did the work were the most professional and kind workers I have ever had. No question was a dumb question and they would just stop to help me with anything. Billy was my favorite because he's a Redskins fan plus a very pleasant person to talk to. These guys were recommended on a Santee Facebook page and I'm glad I asked. Thanks Davis Roofing! Mike and his team did a great job on our roof. We have done extensive work on our home and rentals and do a quite a search when selecting professionals.
Davis roofing are definitely professionals. A couple of details that impressed me from the beginning, was the prompt response to my call. This is a family owned business, though they were on vacation, Vanessa returned my call and we set up an appointment.
Once I selected them for the job, I noted the fair and honest quote and details regarding our requests, pros and cons to our ideas.
The job they did was completed promptly, their employees were very respectful and cleaned up the yard well.
I highly recommend this company for your roofing project!

Decided my last review was overly harsh after Vanessa called me and apologized. Although not proactive with communication, Vanessa has always been pleasant. And Davis did send someone out to do patch work at no cost when we experienced torrential rains in December (after many panicked phone calls). If this job was too big for Davis, I wish they would have told us from the outset.

Great service from setting up appointment with Vanessa to Robert coming out for an estimate then the actual work. Heard many good things about this company so I was open to waiting for them to have time for my home. I needed a complete tear off, replacement of rotted wood and new shingles and flat roof. Everyone was professional and worked well together as teams. Mike came out regularly to keep me informed of work that was being done. Billy and Eddie were always on time to start the day and genuinely seemed happy with their craft. Vanessa kept me updated from the 1st call to the final thank you. My neighbor had her roof done at the same time no question the difference in quality and friendliness with Davis Roofing. I've lived in Lakeside for 3 years and I can't say enough about this company. They went beyond excellent. When I first called I spoke to Vanessa. She was so friendly and helpful, and Mike Davis came out and found the problems and said it could be fixed. I had just had the inside of the house painted and was worried about it raining Vanessa called and told me they would be here on Friday to fix the roof. The day before our first rain.
