I needed to have my shingles replaced and the gutter were rusting out as well. Mario came out and provided a really good explanation of each of the processes, why certain things such as additional vents would be needed, and explained about the newer reflective shingles that are now required as well. Everyone was very professional, helpful, quick to answer my questions or concerns, and very hard-working. The final invoice was very close to the initial bid, there was just a little bit of dry rot that had to be replaced. Alejandra in the office kept me informed with emails and addressed my concerns in a very knowledgeable manner too. Work started on an earlier date that was estimated and was completed a little faster than estimated as well. I am very satisfied with the new roof and with the service that I received from everybody with David's Roofing and I can recommend them, and will use them again in the future if needed.

This place in the past had been very responsive to actually coming out and repairing my roof in a reasonable time frame BUT this last time I called about a month ago after a heavy rain and water leaking in our home. I got the usual response, we're swamped but you're on the list, we will try to come this week. I thought, that's great, we're return customers so they are willing to help us out, great! After 5 days go by I never get an call back:( I call again and they act like I never called, hoping I had found someone else , Yes , I still need you to come by..... ok we can come in 10 days, I thought it stopped raining hard outside and inside our home, I can wait. So I call them today to find out what time they are coming, oh you must be mistaken , we don't have you on our calendar. And no they didn't say , I'm sorry, let me try and to see if we can come by tomorrow No NOTHING!!! I have to think it's not Mario but his girls at the office. Very insensitive, not caring, inefficient and RUDE and I was rude to them right back! Sorry it's Christmas and we can't help you! Merry Christmas to you too! We have a big hole in our ceiling and I guess we will have to live with it until next year!

We just got our roof done by David's roofing and we had a great experience. We called and made an appointment and.Mario came out quickly and gave us an honest bid. Our roof looks great! They worked quickly and had great communication! We highly recommend them! They also changed a few of our ply wood that had dry rot. Their prices are reasonable and the work quality speaks for itself!

I had a flat roof repair done in July.
The guys did a great job of not throwing debris down on my plants. When it rains I'll know how the roof repair is. I
However they had to do something to my gutter covers and left some parts exposed. Mario came out and fixed a part but it looks just patched up.
One of the trucks crushed some of the edging along the side of my driveway. Mario looked at it and said he would repair it. Not done.
When the lift dropped the plywood and tar paper on my roof, they really dropped it. It thudded and the ceiling in my kitchen is now cracked.
I've called a couple of times. No response.

We paid $680 for Mario to do a two story top and bottom roof cleaning, but a recent inspection just made it clear that David's Roofing only did the top portion. They cheated us by not providing the services we paid for.

Most affordable out of five estimates, performed additional work for materials only! Was the only of these estimates that mentioned the title 24 option of energy one shingles instead of costly insulation required by law. This honesty won our business. Fast tear down clean worksite and quality work.
