Very unfortunate response to my factual, legitimate review. As you can see by their response, no concern or apology for the consumer experience to even potentially raise the rating. I would not want a customer to go through what I went through.

This is the second time we used David in the past 30 years and continue to be impressed with his attention to detail, crew, and quality work. He has a quality team and always delivers. We had wind and hail damage this past year and worked with David and Jennifer to secure and new roof and work with our insurance company on reimbursement and payment. This new roof includes many upgrades from the previous roof, new guttering and gutter guards, and new vents under the soffits, They worked directly with us on color choice (HOA requirements) and with the insurance company when their initial estimate did not meet what was required for a quality installation. I have recommended David's team in the past and based on his recent work on my new roof, I will continue to recommend David Martin and Sons roofing for any new or patch roofing project. They continue to deliver a POSITIVE customer experience by delivering a quality product with excellent customer service.

Would not suggest this roofing company! Our roof was replaced in 2017 and was given a 5 year warranty. 18 months later the roof is leaking, we called no return call. Finally 4 days later they call come out and say its not the roof. We had to get another roofing company out and wow... it was the roof!! The workmanship was bad when they showed us pictures of how the shingles were done. Again would not suggest using this company when they don't even stand by their warranty.

Asked for an estimate for a re-roof. Person arrived with WWJD on their cap. I thought that was a good sign. The rep got offended when I asked questions relating to the roofing process. i.e. re-decking, hand nailing vs nail guns, valley, construction etc... I then explained that I was only asking to be a more informed consumer. I was told not to question & to go learn from someone else. Rep was extremely arrogant & treated me like an undeserving peasant. I am a retired engineer & expect a quality vendor to be able to explain their services, processes, & quality assurance methods in detail. This person just wanted me to write a check, kiss their behind and get out of their way. Not the way professionals operate.
