Customer service. This is the second time I have had David come out to house. He is fair, courteous and workmanship is great. He and his crew are prompt and puts the customer first. Garage is no longer leaking and front of house is no longer tilted. Will recommend to all my friends.

As a licensed contractor and business owner in central Florida, I can honestly say that David Lundberg Roofing is definitely the BEST roofing company in the state of Florida!!! On a scale from 1-10 they are a 25!!! They replaced my roof on 5 March 2005 after hurricane Charlie caused major damage. Their estimate for repairs beat out 4 other competitors. The services they provided and the work they performed was flawless. They even found and repaired issues caused by the builder when my home was built, over 20 years ago, at no additional charge. Their warranty is the best in the industry. The job was completed efficiently, professionally, on time and on budget. I have never done business with a company that is more honest, trustworthy, reliable and professional. If you are ever in need of a roofing contractor, do not waste your time or money on anyone else...call David Lundberg Roofing!!!

Don't even call any other roofer than David Lundberg roofing! This company, his staff, his workers, and himself are the best I have ever met in my life. I have owned many houses, some my home some rental properties all over Florida. When I called Lundberg roofing to give an estimate on a small rental property I own in Winter Park Florida he was out there the next day, sent me a written estimate, and put the roof on all in 2 weeks!

The work he performed and the appearance of the roof is excellent and shows pride in a job well done. This house he reroof was in terrible condition when I purchased it a year ago. It had an old chimney that was leaking and had wood rot on the gables of the house. I can barely believe the difference this beautiful new roof has made in this little house I am renovating

Once again, David and company to the rescue! I'm trying to stretch out my roof as long as I can before I need to reroof. Thanks to the monsoon season of Florida, I sprung another leak and of course, it was over the weekend. Left a message, got a return call Monday and David came out to take a look. Had an estimate within 15 minutes for 2 different options, both reasonable priced. Decided to schedule and was told it could be up to a week to get someone to fix it, which was no problem. To my surprise, I came home from work the next day to find the job DONE. No debris, no signs anything was done except a pretty roof and an invoice in the door. The office gals, Leeza (not sure of correct spelling) and Wendy are always AWESOME and so professional. When it comes time for a reroofing, David will definitely be getting my business!

My mother had a great experience last year hiring David Lundberg Roofing to do a total reroof for her home. So they were at the top of our list to call when we noticed a leak this week. Feeling a bit of a time crunch since I am nine months pregnant, we called a few different places recommended to us this week to try to get someone to come look at it. David Lundberg was the only one to not simply tell us they'd call us back but actually book an appointment for us. Apparently they don't subcontract out at all so that perhaps made the process smoother for us? I know my mom loved that part of their service for her reroof. They stopped by right on time, were professional and friendly, checked out our situation, and less than 15 minutes later found the nail gone bad, and sealed our roof! I am ecstatic. Thank you to David Lundberg for being awesome.

Thanks to yelp I looked into David Lundberg Roofing to replace my entire roof. It was needed, knew I had to bite the bullet. The staff is friendly, met with Larry one of the contractors a few times, nice gentleman. I had gotten 4 other quotes and David Lundberg offered the best deal hands down. They finished the job in a week, didn't bother me at all, and thats about it. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because I just had the roof done a few weeks ago and want to see how the condition is for a few months to make sure nothing is wrong with the craftmanship, BUT it does look very nice so far!

Larry Johnson came to our house for an estimate, got on the roof in the RAIN to look for the source of our leak and fixed the problem right away. Then he answered my n00b new homeowner questions about what else we should be doing to keep our roof leak-free.

When we need a new roof, they will be the first company we call.

This is not a funny review - a leaky roof is patently unamusing. But unless your roof leaks every other week, you need help - who're you gonna call?? (First one who says ""Ghost Busters!"" gets a pail of the leaked water dumped on him!)

Thanks to Yelp, I found David Lundberg. Sure I was disappointed they could not come out right away, and that it took a few more days to fix it, but it is not their fault they're busy. They did everything as promised or better. I was pleased with the professional way that David himself came out and did the estimate, and the faster-than-promised repairs. It's so important to get trustworthy trades people, cuz you know what? If he said I need a new roof, I would really have no way of knowing it's the truth. Not too many people bother to get a second opinion. People who are honest deserve to be recognized and recommended.

They finished the work without needing me to be in the house. And I didn't even have to pay!

Oh, alright - if you must see past my verbal shenanigans, David said he's send the bill in the mail. $575. I'll be selling baked goods at the Yelp event in Winter Springs to raise the needed funds. Bring cash, y'all!
