STOP SEARCHING FOR A ROOFER! David Lundberg Roofing is the company you want. I can not say enough positive things about David Lundberg, his staff, and his workers. I originally hired David Lundberg Roofing in 2011 to replace the roof on my home because he came highly recommended. He gave me a fair price for quality work. Because of the positive experience years ago, in 2022 when my roof began to leak I called David, and his staff and crew gave me the same quality of work, seamless experience, and professionalism. He patched the leaks and said my roof had a lot more life in it. Had he said it needed to be replaced, I would have done it based on my experience with him. On top of a great job, I paid a lot less than I expected to because David stands behind his work and wants his customers to be satisfied. We need more businesses that respect their clients, are trustworthy, and provide quality work at a fair price.

David Lundberg Roofing did an excellent roofing job for us! The person who came out to give us a quote was clear and concise and gave a fair estimate. The office staff were just as helpful. We looked at this company's previous roofing projects and they all looked great!

I liked the fact that the people who do the roofing are employees and not sub-contractors. The two men who came out to do the roofing, Ron and Tim, worked really well as a team. They arrived at work at 8:00 am and worked until 5:00 pm and worked hard the entire day through.

They kept us informed as to their work and as they worked they cleared up, so there was no mess throughout the day. They cleaned up well at the end of the day. They tarped the flower beds and lawn as they were stripping the roof and so few nails made it into the lawn. When they finished they double checked for nails and at the end the owner came and checked for nails one more time. He also came to inspect the men's work and we appreciated that!

The roofing result was spectacular as the men worked with precision with each step. The company brought supplies as requested and took the trash away on a regular basis. We highly recommend this company!

I wanted to send you a note of thanks and statement of recommendation for the wonderful work that was completed for my recent roof replacement. I am inherently skeptical of contractors, and as a woman have unfortunately have had my fair share of various attempted service shortcomings on the assumption of female limited comprehension. I in fact have been in the construction industry for over 20 years and have a good working knowledge in many areas.

Lundberg and team put my concerns to the curb. From the first time he came to work up the estimate, and throughout, he projected a real interest in doing quality work. He answered all my many questions along the way in a courteous and friendly manner. The teams that arrived when the work started were respectful and efficient. Any issue I brought up was resolved to my satisfaction. I took time to be home to monitor the process throughout the installation and did not see anything of issue from competency to safety to cleanliness.

I am happy with the value and quality of my installation and would not only use their company again but do recommend their services.

We had major roof damage from hurricane Irma. It was believed our roof was hit by a tornado. The damage was traumatizing. We called David Lundberg roofing and they came out the day after the damage. Mr. Lundberg tarped our roof. I was so pleased that he made our house a priority to get a tarp up there. He was a nice guy and we got an estimate. I liked him instantly. We obtained four other estimates and his was not the least expensive; but, very reasonable. We worked with them to finalize the details and they were on our roof within a few weeks. They did not take great care during the removal of the nails and shingles. I had tons of nails in my pool and shingle pieces were everywhere. Black scrape marks on my lanai from them dropping them off the roof and some ended up in my neighbors yard/pool. I was pleased that they completed the roof in 4 days. And I was more than pleased with the quality of the roof. The roof is beautiful. It passed inspection and it looks great. My only complaint at that point was sloppy debris disposal with the excessive nails/shingles everywhere. If they would have actually used any of the half dozen tarps they had balled up in my yard -around my home to catch the debris I think the cleanup would not have taken days and several complaints by us. I was a satisfied customer at that point and would have left a 4 star review only addressing the debris/cleanup. All that was left for the transaction was paying the final bill. We promptly paid half upon delivery of goods and the other half was due after inspection. Sadly so starts the downward spiral. Florida's construction lien law is stacked up against consumers. If a supplier or subcontractor isn't paid, they can file liens against the home and force the homeowner to pay twice. So as a consumer how do you protect yourself? Well under the Florida law there are things you can do prior to final payment. Obtain a non conditional lien release from the supplier and a contractors affidavit from the roofing company. David Lindbergh roofing office had no problem supplying the lien release from the supplier. However, initially they refused to complete the contractors affidavit. The nuts and bolts of the contractors affidavit says that everyone who worked on our roof hired by them, either subcontractors, laborers or suppliers have been paid by them. This notarized document from them protects us from anyone coming back and saying they were not paid by the roofing company and putting a lien on our home for double payment. As the contractor David Lundberg roofing ordered the supplies and provided the labor. I had no idea who was to be paid. Thats why the contractors affidavit simply had their company validate that everyone has been paid. Seems simple enough. But, they would not complete the contractors affidavit without a major fight from us. They did provide us a document that said that we did not owe them directly any more money. I guess because they used their own employees they did not wish to complete the contractors affidavit. But, the statute breaks it down really simply. We hired them - they hired other people. So the affidavit just says everyone got paid. Other than asking me if I did not trust them why did we hire them-I have no idea why it was such a fight. I guess their office felt that what they gave us was sufficient. While taking someones word is how I wish we could do business- the only way to truly protect yourself is by getting documents. It is not personal - it is business. As I said they did finally provide the document after several days of back and forth. As a homeowner I feel protected now. If you are considering any contractor just make sure you know the law to protect yourself. Each contractor does have to comply with the law. Do not feel afraid to stand your ground to protect your assets. Sadly for us the quality of their job was completely overshadowed by having to fight for a simple form thru the Florida statue that they for days refused to notarize for our peace of mind and protection.

I've hired David Lundberg twice now; once to replace a patio roof and once to replace my chimney, which was rotted and leaking. The first job, the patio roof, ended up going over the estimated cost due to some unforeseen damage. It was more than I had budgeted and they were very accommodating as far as letting me work out a payment plan for the difference. This last job, the chimney, required that the crew move one of my solar panels for my pool heater. In doing so, not realizing how old and delicate my system was, one of the workers broke the manual on/off valve for the solar heating system. I told Wendy in the office about it, and had a guarantee within minutes that Dave would pick up the tab. I had the valve replaced and they paid for it, no questions asked. It's easy to give a good review when everything goes as planned, but it's really saying something when you can give a good review even when something goes wrong. They stand by their work and provide excellent customer service by truly taking care of their customers. They have a customer for life in me!

Customer service. This is the second time I have had David come out to house. He is fair, courteous and workmanship is great. He and his crew are prompt and puts the customer first. Garage is no longer leaking and front of house is no longer tilted. Will recommend to all my friends.

As a licensed contractor and business owner in central Florida, I can honestly say that David Lundberg Roofing is definitely the BEST roofing company in the state of Florida!!! On a scale from 1-10 they are a 25!!! They replaced my roof on 5 March 2005 after hurricane Charlie caused major damage. Their estimate for repairs beat out 4 other competitors. The services they provided and the work they performed was flawless. They even found and repaired issues caused by the builder when my home was built, over 20 years ago, at no additional charge. Their warranty is the best in the industry. The job was completed efficiently, professionally, on time and on budget. I have never done business with a company that is more honest, trustworthy, reliable and professional. If you are ever in need of a roofing contractor, do not waste your time or money on anyone else...call David Lundberg Roofing!!!

Don't even call any other roofer than David Lundberg roofing! This company, his staff, his workers, and himself are the best I have ever met in my life. I have owned many houses, some my home some rental properties all over Florida. When I called Lundberg roofing to give an estimate on a small rental property I own in Winter Park Florida he was out there the next day, sent me a written estimate, and put the roof on all in 2 weeks!

The work he performed and the appearance of the roof is excellent and shows pride in a job well done. This house he reroof was in terrible condition when I purchased it a year ago. It had an old chimney that was leaking and had wood rot on the gables of the house. I can barely believe the difference this beautiful new roof has made in this little house I am renovating
